Bedroom with double bed,door to garden. Shower room with heated towel rail, sink and toilet. Lounge with TV and dinning table and sofas. Lovely outside seating area with woodland views. Electric car charger at extra cost. We have the best available broadband connection however can be affected by weather.

A path alongside offer access to your second log cabin that host a large Hot Tub for a small additional cost Min 2 Nights

Cosy seaside studio in the centre of Lytham

Lytham Loft is a newly built, first floor studio with a king size bed and a single sofa bed, an en suite wet room and a kitchenette. There is a fridge, microwave, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine. It’s located in a quiet, residential street at the end of a private garden in the centre of Lytham, 5 minutes walk to the promenade and the shops. Access is via a gate with a keypad and check-in is with a key safe. Check in is after 2pm and check-out at 11am. Free street parking is available.

LOCATION … Enjoy a stylish experience at our centrally-located home, 200yrds from St Annes High Street local amenities and Train Station, 50yrds from the beautiful Ashton Gardens with a 5 minute walk to St Annes beach. Living in St Annes we are ideally situated to visit Blackpool Illuminations, Tower, Lytham festival and Kite festival. Off street parking available. Bars, cafes, restaurants and pubs to suit all tastes within 5 min walk. The Annex … simply cozy, with a touch of class❤️

The Annex - relax in quiet, charming setting.

The annex, detached from the main house, is set within a beautiful landscaped garden. The spacious bedroom has a double bed and a Smart TV (you will also have to Sky, Netflix, Apple+, Paramount) the bathroom has a walk-in shower. The separate living area has a dining table, sofa and small fridge. Tea and coffee making facilities, cutlery and crockery (for takeaways etc.) are provided. Parking is at the front or side of the house. There is access to strong WiFI . Pets are welcome.

A hidden part of our property, a little bespoke private studio offering a unique experience in the heart of Blackpool South Shore. We are situated within walking distance to all major attractions, the Prom, Pleasure Beach, etc. Upon arrival, you will enter your very own outdoor lounge and cooking area, prior to opening your sliding patio doors into the Studio.

A single storey extremely spacious private annex on the outskirts of the Fylde coast just off the M55, a 10 minute drive from  Blackpool and Lytham St Annes and less than an hour away from the Lake District. An ideal base to explore the North West from. With its semi rural setting and its own large, secure private garden and off street parking its home from home.
