We enjoyed the comfortable, spacious and always cool apartment that is centrally located in a nice, small and quiet mountain village. Beautiful view from the living room/kitchen and balcony on the lake and on the village square (where you can also park your car yourself). Beautiful mountain road to drive to the apartment (and vice versa to Lake Iseo) in about 10-15 minutes. The hosts Andrea and Francesca are super nice and always respond immediately if you ask and although they live in the apartment above, there is a lot of privacy. Highly recommend!

We spent a week, beginning of January, in the cottage and it was very comfortable despite the negative outside temperatures. The multiple heat points (pellet stove, open fire and radiator) allowed us to be perfectly comfortable and we always had enough wood and pellets, available. Our host was lovely and caring. The cottage was very clean as well as the sheets and towels available ☺️ The cottage is located in a beautiful place, very quiet and with amazing views of the mountains. The area is very charming, lots of hikes possible and restaurants to try. I also recommend a visit to the Teglio tourist office, where we were very well received and advised. A perfect vacation! No complaints, 😌 a big thank you!

The house is a gem, but if possible the village and the surroundings even more. The two of us and our furry friends fell in love with the air you breathe, a place set in time but at the same time close to everything. The Valmalenco and its mountains are a breathtaking place that stays in the heart! It's also a super-appointed place for dogs as there's no lack of indoor and outdoor space. Friendly and friendly Compaesani. You will love it!

We stayed with my friends for a winter vacation. Great location of the apartment and the possibility to use the ski bus to the ski center. The environment is quiet and I appreciate the great cleanliness. Perfect communication from Mattio. Would recommend!

Amazing experience!! The house is right at the top of the Mountain ( follow the recommendations of Valerio, very important). The view is spectacular, we went in the winter and everything was white. The house is very cosy, typical man and mountain decoration. Thank you for everything

Perfect location in the middle of Valtellina. Sunny, near Sondrio, walkable, with many nearby valleys and hiking trails. The house has its own private garden with a grill as well. Daria is responsive and open, great host!

Ana and David were wonderful hosts for a dreamy house in the vineyard. From the outside, it looks like a typical stone house in the mountains, but inside it is newly and modernly renovated with everything you need. The path from the car to the house is not to be underestimated (kids should not be too small) and can be quite strenuous in the summer, but if you know what to expect, it is manageable. The house's location in the middle of the vineyard and the breathtaking view more than compensate for the effort. The region is also stunning and offers a variety of activities. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We (family 2 adults, 2 children 11+13 years) had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean, cozy and exactly as described. Location was perfect, everything was easily accessible. we felt very comfortable in the accommodation. From there, you can walk to the beautiful lake within 2 minutes. Although you are surrounded by other cottages, it is extremely quiet. However, getting there is a bit difficult, as the single lane road along the rock wall is very narrow and you have to share it with hikers and cyclists. The surrounding area has beautiful places to offer. We were there with a small child and dog and would come back again and again. Mattia was right there if there was anything. The house is beautiful and next to a farmhouse so convenient in case you don't want to cook. It is not in the town center but we like it that way, the house is halfway between the town and the ski lifts with a beautiful view and convenient for everything, relaxation and peace. The house has everything you need.
