Between this home and the sea, it is a walk of 30-40 min and 3 km. Perfect to walk, cycle or jog to. Here it is a perfect place to explore Öland from. As well as a lovely patio with a unique view of Borgholm Castle. The garden is fully protected. In the basement there is a bedroom with 180 cm bed and sauna/hot tub, toilet, shower, recreation room/pub.

Här hittar vi verkligen lugnet. Utsikten är vidsträckt och solnedgångarna här är magiska. Sommartid hänger vi helst vid poolen, läser i skuggan, simmar några längder, cyklar till havet och längst med den unika stenkusten. Vintertid kurar vi framför kaminen, dricker kaffe, läser böcker och myser i pyjamas hela dagen.

Very nice, well-planned apartment with everything you need! Close to Borgholm and fantastic nature! A real Mediterranean beach when it's bathing weather! Flexible with check-in and check-out times when no one rented directly before or after, it was much appreciated especially on the day of departure!

Very nice and cozy apartment that was in walking distance to Kalmar city center. Quiet and cozy neighborhood with good opportunity for parking right outside the home. We ate out every day, but there was a great opportunity to cook for ourselves.

We felt very comfortable with Tove and Kalle. The garden is also available, which was great for our child. Nearby is a beach and Lerkaka also has a small café. We are extremely happy with the stay at Camilla and Patrik’s house. They are nice and fun! The house has chicken, dog and sheep nearby which our daughter enjoyed. It also has a hot tub and nice patio that adults enjoyed. The bed is nice, the kitchen is fantastic. The only thing to call out is that the narrow staircase is a bit tricky for our two-year old daughter to walk down. So we decided to bath the kids outdoor instead. That was kind of fun too! Overall, I feel it was a fantastic place to relax. We would definitely recommend the place and would be happy to stay at the property again if the opportunity arises. Thanks Camilla and Patrik!

This was definitely our best accommodation we had in 8 years in Köpingsvik! The fact that we are extremely satisfied is really no exaggeration and there is nothing negative at all to find about either the property or the host. Everything was TOP NOTCH and a welcome called goodbye!! Full marks for Maria and Jörgen!!
