Idyllic and peaceful country house with animals and wild nature around the corner. Here you are among the farms and forest. Bikes are available for tours on lovely gravel roads to nearby lakes. Rowing boat is available to borrow for fishing. The ocean is within reach. BBQ evenings on the patio and breakfast in the open air. Ten minutes to grocery store and twenty to town for restaurant visits and commerce. Many excursions such as Astrid Lindgren's world, Glasriket, Kalmar, Öland, Gotland and the Blue Virgin Nature Reserve.

Here you have access to a villa with garden located in central Borgholm. The villa is located in a quiet residential area, only a 7-minute walk to the town square. Large, spacious kitchen and living room on one floor. A large bedroom with 180 cm bed and spacious wardrobes. Bathroom with double sink and shower. As well as a lovely outdoor room with a unique view of Borgholm Castle. The garden is completely private. Välkommen till ett inbjudande, avslappnat semesterboende av högsta klass - men med en stor respekt för gårdens historia och bevarande av den tidstypiska känslan från 1800-talet. Här hittar vi verkligen lugnet. Utsikten är vidsträckt och solnedgångarna här är magiska. Sommartid hänger vi helst vid poolen, läser i skuggan, simmar några längder, cyklar till havet och längst med den unika stenkusten. Vintertid kurar vi framför kaminen, dricker kaffe, läser böcker och myser i pyjamas hela dagen.

Historic gem in the middle of Öland

Peace and privacy in Norra Bäck, about 3 km from the eastern coastal road. In the centre of Öland, only 20 minutes from the Öland Bridge. Jöns-Lasses is a converted farm named after the carpenter and blacksmith Jöns Larsson. Much has been preserved since the 19th century. Now we rent out so that more people can enjoy this fantastic place. Large lush garden and courtyard and free access to the meadow next to the farm. A real time travel with historical details! Welcome back in time!

We have found our dream house and would like to share it with you! Completely renovated with love and an eye for detail, so you can feel at home. The perfect base for exploring Småland, Öland and the Kingdom of Crystal. Our house is located in the middle of the forest and yet only 3 km from the small town of Högsby, where you will find all the necessities of daily life. The house is suitable for 4-5 people and up to two dogs are welcome. Discover Smaland at its best.

Freshly built (2023) holiday home with its own swimming pier. The house is bright and nice with the swimming dock 25 meters from the house. The house has all the amenities. The outdoor environment will be updated over time with patios and the like. Guest house with a quiet family in the countryside on Öland

The guesthouse is about 27m3 And has a sleeping loft that is 16 m3. I am 170 cm tall and you see in the picture that I can stand straight up. The couch is a sofa bed that is 180x75 But if needed we can set up an extra mattress 200x80 We finished building the house in the spring of 2021 and we are proud of the cool details we came up with. We just love the house.
