I felt at home, I found very nice and friendly people. I was looking for peace and quiet away from the city and I found even more, an environment away from the noise and chaos, super relaxing and pleasant, without cars there are not many things to do around but it was exactly what I needed. The house is really very nice and well-kept, even better than the photos that don't do it justice. Mariangela and her husband are two wonderful people, always available, and the pizza and focaccia cooked in the oven outside are really special. You can feel all the love with which they are prepared. I really enjoyed it and I really recommend a stay at this property to those in need of relaxation and detoxification from the stress of the city by immersing themselves in a familiar and very welcoming environment. Nice little cottage located in the middle of nature Carlo and Roberto are very nice and welcoming. With nice little touches Perfect for going green! We enjoyed our living space for the duration of the stay, the accommodation is well-equipped and has a deckchair and a table for eating on the terrace I highly recommend it, a real change of scenery! In addition, the place is located near the beach, 15 min walk Feel free to rent a scooter in Diano Marina to fully enjoy the coasts and not get too tired on the climbs ;) If you want to be in a different setting and quiet, this is the perfect place.

Beautiful house, comfortable, bright and spacious, very well located for those who want to visit Sanremo. We had all the advantages of being a few km from the city without the inconveniences of noise and crowds of tourists. Lorenzo welcomed us in person and gave us the tour of the property, explaining everything about the apartment and the neighborhood. During our stay he was available to answer our questions and to help us organize our outings. Thank you very much for hosting us. 🙂

The house is very spacious and extremely clean. We were two couples of friends and we had the utmost privacy. The location is excellent for exploring the villages of the Langhe. Helena and Mauro are exceptional hosts. The private wine tour that Mauro offered us was an unforgettable experience.

We had an amazing stay at Enrico’s apartment! From the very beginning, communication with him was outstanding — he was always quick to respond and went out of his way to provide helpful recommendations for day trips and things to do in the area. When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with some essentials already in the fridge and breakfast items, which was such a thoughtful touch. The apartment itself has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay — well-equipped, clean, and cozy. The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning and made every morning feel special. While the beach is within walking distance, keep in mind that the way back is a bit of a climb (about 20 minutes uphill), but totally worth it for the peaceful location and the amazing views. All in all, a wonderful experience — we’d love to come back and highly recommend staying here!

We had a lovely stay in San Remo. The apartment is quietly located, has a beautiful view and Mauro is always ready if you have questions. Recommended!

Great house in a great location with a hot tub, and, if you've stayed anywhere else in Italy, or Europe for that matter, there are screens on the windows!! I never understood how these rural locations with great weather don't have screens. Okay, enough about the screens. We had a small, weather related snafu on the first day which Eugenia went out of her way to remedy. So thanks to her for that. Kitchen was well equipped and we were courteously greeted with a welcome basket of cheese and salumi.

I cannot describe in words how beautiful and amazing our stay was, but I will try. The location: Beautiful place. House located uphill but there are buses from the centre (close to the beach) that leaves you close to the house. We just walked uphill each day and cooled off in the pool later ;) Sergia was kind enough to offer picking us up from the centre a few times too but the walk is quite nice. The house: Exactly as described and as in pictures. Serene garden, cute pool, well stocked kitchen and cozy interiors. This villa comes with a terrace with a sea view, a beautiful front garden. The other villa has a slightly larger front garden. Since no one was in the other villa, Sergia let us go in there as well. There is a common garden out front with the pool. Everything was beautiful and cozy. The hosts: Sergia and Orso were so kind, I cannot explain it. Sergia baked us some cake and cut us some fruit. Because we were late to get there, Orso even went grocery shopping for us.

Good morning. We were at Raffaella's apartment a couple of days ago. The apartment matches the description, it is not far from the sea, in fact the beaches can be easily reached on foot. The shops are also nearby. The terrace is really very beautiful. The apartment is comfortable, well-stocked and in a quiet area. We had a good time and were perfectly comfortable. We hope to come back. Another important thing, Ms. Raffaella allowed us to enter the apartment well in advance of the scheduled check-in time. This, of course, was very convenient for us. We therefore thank Mrs. Raffaella for her hospitality. I recommend booking this apartment.

Great communication with the host: Andrea was available at all times and gave useful tips and helped immediately. The bed was a little too saggy for our taste. On the quiet grounds, however, you can rest well. Especially on the terrace overlooking the monastery and with the scent of jasmine, you could relax well. Baker, restaurant and Tabacchi were outside the door.

We really loved the place! It’s in a quiet location, yet super close to best part of the beach in Finale Ligure. Very comfortable and with different areas to hang out (nice living room inside, nice outdoor seating area). Danila was waiting for us upon arrival, she was as very friendly and helpful. The only downfall perhaps is the lack of private parking. We paid parking two days and struggled a bit finding free Parking the other days. But we would certainly come back!

Nice apartment for two with a view of the coast all the way to Alassio from the balcony. It was great being in a quiet neighbourhood with ample parking in front of the building. At night the air-conditioning allowed us a good night’s sleep as the temperature outside didn’t really drop.

Responsive and friendly host. The apartment is clean, nice, and well-located. I would definitely stay there again if I go back that city.

Perfect place to start our trip. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the Mediterranean from the balcony. With two teenage boys, we could spread out in the 3 bedrooms. We went swimming and had yummy gelato and delicious dinner at Il Guercio Food & Drink in Finalborgo (medieval village). The host was extremely responsive pre-trip and during our stay. The apartment was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. Slept to the sound of the ocean. Wonderful! Highly recommend. Just as described 😁

Excellent location, the house was as described, the hosts were accommodating and thoughtful. Excellent house for children, the kitchen was extremely well equipped. The property looked new and very well looked after. It was out today time on Air B&B and we ve been very impressed.

We had a great stay in a beautiful area. Everything we needed was present and we sat there wonderfully quietly alone on a mountain flank with incredibly beautiful views. It was ideal to visit several beautiful villages and do delicious wine tastings. The Anna Maria Abbona winery in Farigliano is highly recommended. Our 5 days were too short, we would have liked to stay longer... Thanks for everything Paolo

It’s hard to find the words to describe our stay at Villa San Lorenzo. I came with a group of family and friends, kids aged 8-13. The villa is so beautiful, nicely updated while maintaining Italian charm, the most gorgeous location, and the perfect place to make special memories. Clay and Erika were extremely helpful with planning activities like wine tasting and a special cooking class. They gave so many amazing recommendations for places to go, and everywhere we went people smiled and raved about him when they knew Clay sent us. It couldn’t have been better, from start to finish. We all had the best experience and we hope to return again!

A beautiful spot in the absolute serenity of nature. The nearest town of roses, Bosalasco, was a stunning surprise. Paola is a lovely woman who will do everything to accommodate you, gentilissima as they say here. We were two couples with a 2-year-old child and our days spent barbecuing, playing ping pong, swimming in the pool, and putting the world to rights over some local wine were memories we'll forever cherish. Gianluca was very helpful and friendly. The booking worked very well at short notice and we felt very comfortable. The pool was great and everything was very clean. We can only recommend the property.

We were in Colletta with a large group of friends in several appartments to go climbing in the area. The location is perfect, you can walk to several sectors and many others are a short drive away. We had a really good time in the appartment as well!

If you’re looking to get away from it all, lounge at an amazing pool and be surrounded by vineyards… look no further. Kevin‘s place is all of that and so much more. We spent four nights basking in the sunshine and eating the local delicacies - an amazing time for our family.

2nd time staying here with my family. Such a beautiful, special place. As long as this place is available, we will continue to return
