Vacation rentals with beach access in Borghetto Santo Spirito

Perfect place as described. Beautiful view from the balcony, a ten-minute walk from the Ligurian town, the services below the house are very convenient. The owner of the accommodation was very kind upon our arrival and available during the stay to my requests.

The view is just stunning, we enjoyed breakfast and evening meals on the balcony; with views like that we preferred to cook ourselves in the evening, after long days exploring the area we wanted to make the most of the peace and the sound of the sea! The apartment has everything you need for a fantastic stay, kitchen very well equipped, including basic condiments. Bed was super comfortable. Lift to the small “wilderness” beach directly below the property is an experience, it does cost 45€ extra (payable on arrival), but you can ride it as many times as you want! Beach very quiet during the week off season, but we arrived on a Sunday and it was packed. You definitely need a car if staying here, car parking is very secure. There are a couple of restaurants less than 10 mins walk, and then a few more in the port, but Ventimiglia Alta does feel quite “tired”, probably a different vibe in high season though! We would definitely stay again, a great base, very relaxing. Thanks Cristina

We had a wonderful stay at this place! The location was perfect – with an extraordinary and fascinating view that inspired us every day. We would especially like to highlight Gabriella: Her reception was warm, open and very welcoming. We felt completely comfortable and welcome from the first moment. The accommodation is highly recommended – we will be happy to come back!

The apartment is wonderfully bright, especially the living room is very nice and cozy. In the evening it is a bit noisy - due to the great location close to the beach and the restaurants. However, we would stay there again if we were back in Alassio. Thank you so much dear Alma.

The apartment is perfect and worked well for 3 people having their own space. It is in a great location next to the beach and train station. Alessandro was very nice and communicative and tended to all of our needs. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Mapi to the fullest. The apartment is perfect - beautiful, huge, well equipped with everything your heart desires. There's nothing missing. The location could not be better, it is right on the sea and yet in the middle of old town. The new windows also make it well insulated and quiet. Iacopo is a wonderful host, he was always available for questions and did everything to make our stay memorable. We'll be back for sure! Thanks Iacopo!

Second time here, after 6 years - still wonderful and stunning views! The is everything you might need in the apartment. Walking to Menton is very comfortable. Beautiful place to see both France and Italy!

Everything was just great

Federico and Gemma welcomed us warmly with our dog and were present with tips and advice all the time. They even made us aware of a coming storm and provided us with the garage for our classic car in time. All in all very pleasant and everything according to the description. We will be back.

Manuela's place is small but perfectly organized, nothing is missing and it is very comfortable even for 3 people. The kitchen is equipped with everything, the bathroom too, you sleep very well despite being in the center thanks to the double glazing that perfectly insulates from external noise. The location is super central and Manuela is welcoming, polite and helpful, a perfect hostess.

We are very happy with our stay. The house is beautiful, especially the outdoor space, a sheltered garden shaded by lemon trees, where you can have lunch, dinner and relax. The house is very clean, the kitchen is functional with a very useful washing machine and dishwasher, the bathroom is spacious with a very large shower and the beds are comfortable. In addition, Giulia provided us with a bed rail for the bed where our 4-year-old son would sleep and before arrival she asked us if we needed any other comforts for him such as a crib or high chair. The area is great because it is in a pedestrian area, close to shops and restaurants and a stone's throw from the beaches. The parking space provided with the accommodation is also very useful and easily accessible.

We had a lovely week at Nadia's place. Eating breakfast and dinner on the balcony overlooking the sea was wonderful. It also suited us to stay close to the sea and we easily took the bus to Finalborgo for cozy dinners. Nadia was helpful and very kind and answered the questions that came up during the stay. We stayed in Vallecrosia one night, everything was perfect, immediate host responsiveness, clear and precise directions, self check-in, flexibility in check-out time, the house has everything you need and more with a touch of personality, very nice and well furnished. Supermarkets within walking distance as well as a very nice trattoria that offers simple dishes with excellent value for money "Trattoria Lo Cherippo". For those interested in staying in this area, I highly recommend staying at Rita's. Thank you and see you next time

Such an incredible place Fiorenza has created - with stunning views in the most peaceful surroundings. Fiorenza is so lovely, made us feel right at home and showed us around her land, the trees and plants. A great get away to nature!

I felt very comfortable in the apartment right on the sea. Simply wonderful. And the center is right next door. Patrizia is very helpful and always responded quickly. I highly recommend the apartment.

Andrea and his family were perfect hosts and very nice people and the position of the apartment was ideal as it was in close walking distance to the beach,train station and shops. I highly recommend it and would definitely be returning soon! Thank you 😊

Very pleasant stay in a functional accommodation, and close to the sea and restaurants, private residence with outdoor parking. The accommodation is very functional to live in, beautiful living room with open kitchen, very comfortable bedding, 2 bathrooms, and a terrace that allows you to enjoy the outdoors in chill or meal mode. The jetted bathtub is of no interest, however. Clean accommodation with all the cooking basics. Francesco is very attentive. There were 3 of us, but for 4 people the spaces are large enough for everyone. I recommend 👍

We booked this place one day in advance and the place and location exceeded our expectations. Magnificent view, good location - 10 minutes to the beach and to the restaurants. The whole apartment was spotless and very good equipped. Highly recommend.
