Frank's apartment is in the middle of Rostock city and offers a perfect starting point due to the free parking. You can go shopping in a relaxed way or quickly take the tram and S-Bahn to Warnemünde to the beach. Our son was thrilled because the apartment not only impresses with its generous size, but also because there is a swing and a piano in the living room. We would book this apartment again at any time and can only recommend it!

I stayed with Kathrin and Christian for three months. The two are likeable and very nice, helpful hosts. Questions and concerns of any kind were discussed immediately and resolved if necessary. A super friendly and fast communication. The apartment was as described,you have everything you need there whether for cleaning or cooking there are things available. From the location not to mention 400 meters to the beach, just great. He gave tips on what to do in the area or where to shop. It was my first booking through airbnb and was positively surprised. This was not the last time we will be staying in the beach butt.

We had a great stay! The place was very clean, well maintained and equipped with everything you need - Especially nice: There were toys for children as well as a beach tent, which made our family vacation even more relaxing. The hosts were exceptionally friendly and helpful – check-in and out were super flexible, which makes vacationing with a baby so much easier. You felt welcome from the first moment. We had a wonderful short stay in Susanne's charming house. The house had everything you need and we felt right at home. From the house you can directly access a small path towards Bodden, which is very convenient.

The flat location is great, easily accessible and plenty of restaurants and shops close by. It's well equipped, perfect for a weekend.

It was a beautiful break for us with a lot of relaxation. The extra guesthouse is located in the middle of the hosts' property and very tastefully decorated. Out the back, you can enjoy the garden and relax on the terrace when the weather is nice. But also the whole area is very attractive and easy to explore with the hosts' bikes. But the contact with our "host parents" Regina and Ingo was also very nice from the beginning. Ingo hid the house alone during our visit, greeted us very warmly, showed and explained everything to us and was always approachable between. We really liked his inimitable friendly, open and honest manner. We will be happy to come back!

The apartment was very clean and has a quiet location. Nice reception with welcome drinks (bottle of wine and water), as well as personal message.

Helge is a great and warm host. He greeted us personally and was always available. The accommodation has everything you need and the location is great. You can walk to the sea in 5 minutes. We would definitely come back.

We were four for an extended weekend in the accommodation. Everything matched the photos and we particularly noticed the cleanliness. Likewise, everything you need is available in the kitchen and bathrooms. The quiet location was also positive, but you can quickly reach Schwerin city center on foot. We would definitely come back.

The apartment is 100% as described. Communication with Volkmar was outstanding. Even a terrace with table and chairs and parking space are available to guests. Reception by Volkmar personally. He also helped immediately if there was a problem. Even spent an evening with him on the terrace. Apartment and furnishings simply great. Highly recommended.
