The beach is about 3 km away and easily accessible by bicycle ( 10 min). On approx. 40 m² there is a well-equipped kitchen (2 hotplates, dishwasher, fridge, kettle), a bathroom with shower, a living room and bedroom with TV, sofa set and small dining table, a double bed (1.60 m x 2 m), a car parking space directly in front of the house.

Super nice cottage close to the sea! Sparkling clean and equipped with lots of extras! More beautiful and bigger than the pictures. Very quiet residential area. You can rent bed linen and towels for money if you don't want to bring them yourself. Check-in is via the Baltic Sea holiday institution, where you can also buy the spa card directly. The staff were all very nice. You can pick up the key there and then drive to the accommodation for about 5 minutes. Really a great place to stay that offers more than you expect and also thought of the children! Small coloring books, snacks and drinks were ready. We will be happy to come back :)

The place looks the same as in the photos. It is very clean, plenty of storage space is available and all kinds of utensils you need. The view is very nice and the proximity to the beach is really a dream. We will be happy to come back.

We had a nice stay at Diana's and Ingo's place - the apartment left nothing to be desired. Bedroom was facing the green garden (facing away from the street). Super clean and tastefully decorated ! For coastal residents, the two 😉 are super open-minded, warm and helpful! Ingo was immediately on the spot with a bike breaker and immediately gave a quick repair course, so we were ready to use in no time. In addition, we did an individual and eventful boat tour, my son was thrilled. Since we are Baltic Sea repeat offenders, we will certainly come back. Everything worked out - Thank you!

Cozy as at home, an apartment and terrace with a lot of love and feel-good factor. Lots of love in the details, towels like in the spa (my personal highlight😅). Short distances to the bakery, breakfast café, restaurants and the beach. A bicycle rental is directly opposite and in case of bad weather games and umbrellas are available in the apartment. We had a great stay.

We felt very comfortable in the cottage. It is very nice and lovingly decorated and above all very well equipped - really nothing is missing! Anett was also very nice and helpful and very easily accessible for questions. The location is very idyllic in the village and you can enjoy a relaxing Baltic Sea vacation. We will be happy to come back!

Summer Cottage Baltic Sea

It was a 5 stars stay for 2 of us: the place was as described, with no surprises. We recommend Steffen's property, and if we are back to the area, we would reach out to him first. We checked in at night and the Map on the photos was extremely helpful, as without it in the pitch-dark night it could be difficult to orientate. We liked the Börgerende more than Heiligendamm or Kühlungsborn, as it had the spirit of a resort village vs the Grand Hotel or a town. The sea was ~20-25 min by foot, the Netto s/m is within 4 min of driving. Bad Doberan, Heiligendamm and Kühlungsborn all are close-by either by car or bikes. We did not rent bikes, but rentals are available. The Resort Tax seems to be self-administered and one buys it through machines along the dunes that look like parking ones. Also the Tax is different for each area, ex. 2 euro in Börgerende and 2.5 euro in Heiligendamm. If you are coming from outside of EU have small euro coins before you got here. Danke, Steffen!
