Within walking distance, there is a lake with a swimming area and the possibility to rent a boat for fishing, for example. Boat rental and fishing licenses are purchased at the restaurant at the rest area by the lake. 5-10 minutes from Borås city center 5-10 minutes from Borås golf course 10-15 minutes from Borås Zoo 50 minutes from Liseberg 1 hour 10 minutes from Ullared. In Sweden, you can hike freely in the forest and nature, but not enter private plots.

Around the whole house is the large balcony. Below is a cozy path (50 m) to the private jetty for a morning swim. Take a ride with the rowing boat and try your luck fishing or borrow our two SUPs. Do you want to come to the tranquility in the middle of nature? A rural idyll of about 90 sqm, detached property with kitchen, bathroom, living room, three bedrooms as well as a sunroom and terrace. There is a possibility to rent a hot tub for an additional cost. On the farm, we also run a restaurant with various events during the summer. My place is right on the beach in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the lakeside and nature location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!
