In our forest there are good opportunities to see both moose and deer, etc. Our swimming lake can be reached by walking 400m on a forest road and then the water, rowing boat, fishing and comfortable swimming are waiting for you. The property is about 130 sqm with 3 rooms, toilet with bathtub and shower and kitchen with dining area in open plan. Underfloor heating in parts of the house and a cozy fireplace adjacent to the kitchen. Laundry room with washing machine. Cozy glass veranda and several terraces with secluded location or lake view. An older rowing boat is available if you want to take a trip on the lake.

Large and spacious house where two floors(240 m²) are at the disposal of our guests. The house is decorated with new and modern furniture. The living rooms equipped with Samsung 65 and 75 "TVs. Porch, balcony and garden belong to the house. The house is located next to Gothenburg's largest park Slottsskogen and the Botanical Garden. Close to restaurant dense Mariaplan and Linné. Tram stop next to the house takes you to the city center. Two car spaces are included in the rent, more are available to rent if desired.
