Super cozy house in a lovely location! Spacious with 3 bedrooms, living room, dining room, 2 modern bathrooms. Completely renovated with the charm preserved. Fully-equipped kitchen (utensils, stove, convection oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher) with cozy fireplace. Good heating in winter. In the summer, you can swim directly by the house (jetty with ladder). Possible to rent a rowboat and fish. Parking directly adjacent to the house. 12 km to Borås (15 min), 30km (25 min) to Landvetter airport, 50km to Gothenburg (40 min).

A quarter of an hour outside Borås in Fritsla, this brick building was a pigsty 100 years ago. Here you can enjoy nature and Häggån, which flows 10 meters from the house. The house was renovated in 2017 and impresses our guests with its interior design. Here, solo travelers, couples and families alike feel comfortable. There is also the possibility for befriended travelers to rent the neighboring beach cabin and Kilstrand house at the same time and thus be on the go with friends and still maintain their retreat option.
