Monthly Rentals in Boonville

It was such a blast to stay in a very tidy, clean and privately-situated Airstream. The bed is super comfortable, the kitchen is very well-equipped for an Airstream, and the location is pretty much ideal. We enjoyed bird-watching in the mornings and early evenings, when the woodpeckers, bluebirds, quail, hawks, and turkey vultures were all around. This trailer is positioned in a flat spot midway up a hillside. It's right at the edge of a vineyard, so you can check out the developing grapes up close. It's cleverly out of sight from the main highway, so it feels very private. Nonetheless it's a quick drive to Boonville or Philo for dinner or wine tastings. I was glad to know about the sulfury scent of the well water in advance. It is unmistakable, but it would not prevent me from staying here again! Douglas provided a bottled water dispenser for drinking and cooking. After washing hands or showing, there was no lingering sulfur odor, so not a problem, just something to anticipate.

We had a great stay, plenty of room for two, and everything we needed with loads of peace and quiet on the property. We booked last minute and Gower immediately replied to my questions which was so helpful. The location is a short walk to all of Boonville's restaurants and tasting rooms!

Brian is an amazing host, and the Linger Longer Cabin is INCREDIBLE. I stayed there with two friends, and we were all amazed by how beautiful and serene the home and the surrounding area were. The place offered everything you could have needed, and we particularly enjoyed the outdoor space. Brian was accommodating, communicative, and helpful. I would definitely stay again! The only thing to note is that, while we were there, the wifi was quite slow. This didn't matter to us as we were looking to disconnect, but for those who are thinking of working remotely, it may be something to consider.

The location was close to the center of town and all the local wineries. Very convenient, and Hani was very helpful and kind. Would love to stay here again!
