5 Stars – A Tuscan Dream Come True! Our stay at Francesco’s private resort-style retreat in the hills of Tuscany was absolutely magical. The location is stunning—peaceful, picturesque, and the perfect escape into the beauty of the Italian countryside. The rustic room had so much charm and comfort, and the property itself was amazing, with not one but two beautiful pools to relax by. One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant. The free breakfast was far beyond the typical offering—not just muffins, but a full, authentic Italian breakfast that we looked forward to each morning. Dinner was just as impressive, showcasing delicious local flavors and warm hospitality. It was also a great jumping-off point for exploring the region—we took a lovely day trip to Siena with ease. This place is a hidden gem, and we’d return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the best of Tuscany!

Immaculate villa with plenty of space for everyone. Exceeded our expectations. Remote location best for people who have a car however peaceful and very close to drive into town in 10 minutes. Amazing restaurants nearby. Spectacular views. Beautiful pool area. Attentive friendly hosts. Especially beautiful Elmo the dog.

first I love his neighbors who checked us in. Cinzia was amazing. She not only showed us our place but took our kids to show us her farm. she also makes her own olive oil and gifted us with some! Wonderful Italian neighbors!! I contacted Rocky in advance and he provided me with specific recommendations for where we should go during a long drive we took. we went where he suggested and was not disappointed! Amazing quiet location with great near by wineries. would 100% recommend to everyone!

We had the absolute pleasure of spending three unforgettable days at Paolo and Monica’s 800-year-old farmhouse — and it was hands down the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had. The home itself is stunning: full of history, character, and comfort, with every amenity thoughtfully provided. Each morning, Paolo and Monica prepared a beautiful, fresh breakfast spread complete with homemade cakes and warm, delicious options that started our days off with so much care and joy. The hospitality was truly beyond compare — Paolo and Monica are salt-of-the-earth people with hearts of gold. One of the highlights of our stay was visiting with the many animals they lovingly care for. From eagles and owls to donkeys, horses, peacocks, ducks, and sheep — it felt like something out of a storybook. Monica’s passion for rescuing and training animals is inspiring, and added such a special, personal touch to the experience. Thier home is filled with beauty, warmth, and heart. The house has a room, bathroom, living-kitchen, and a small balcony, all private. All of the areas are very big. We were very comfortable. We went in early January and the house was perfectly heated. The house was very clean, decorated, and with all the details cared for; you can see the dedication of the hosts. Spotless sheets and towels. The kitchen is perfectly equipped. The perfect bathroom too. The house is secluded in a beautiful, relaxing setting, with a private lake, unpolluted by the city. The outdoor garden is huge and nicely cared for (even in winter). There are tables and chairs, grill and parking spot. On the property, they live Ascensina and Elisabetta; they constantly took care of our stay being pleasant. It was very nice to talk to them, they are very nice and a great company. Great Airbnb, highly recommended!

This was one of the best Airbnbs we've ever been to! TOP!! We were 8 adults and 6 children between 1 and 11 years old. The outdoor area is absolutely fantastic, the pool is incredibly beautiful! The water is very good quality. There is also a small level for the little children, so that bathing fun is guaranteed for everyone. There are numerous seating options to enjoy the evenings. It was also perfect for our dog! The plot is very large but as far as I have seen completely fenced. The hosts are very nice and were always available and really took care of everything. Absolutely recommend!!

A BEAUTIFUL stay......there is no other adjective to express this weekend.......we had a great time, everything was perfect, clean, tidy, the house was very fresh, the pool was beautiful, nothing was really missing, indeed Elwin (very kind and available for everything) made us find some attentions that I particularly appreciated, we found wine, juice, eggs, snacks, all delicacies that are not obvious and are enormously pleasing. Personally, I have had various experiences of this kind, but this time everything was really PERFECT. I really hope to be able to return. For those who want to spend a relaxing, restful and peaceful weekend, I highly recommend it... again, thanks to Elwin and Yvette... see you soon.
