On the third floor of the building (no elevator) on two levels: living room with sofa bed, kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom on the first floor, double bedroom and bathroom on the second floor. The walls, with the characteristic exposed stone, original, "antiqued" floors; the design of the furnishings is current. 5 minutes to the market, public parking 300/350 meters away, bus to airport and beaches 200 meters away.

Our farmhouse is a 120 sqm vacation home located in the northwest of Sardinia, just 300 meters from the sea. Completely renovated in 2020, it can accommodate up to 9 people without compromising anyone's free space. It has a large outdoor garden of 4000 square meters, private entrance and parking. The interior consists of a living area (open space) with a fireplace and a sleeping area with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.
