Lajen-Ried is a scattered settlement surrounded by fields, meadows and forests. The immediate surroundings are a dream setting for hikers and cyclists. Enjoy your vacation in nature, walking, mushrooming or cycling in the forest. We are located in the heart of South Tyrol and are very centrally located.

Designer apartment on two floors in a historic building in the pedestrian zone of Bolzano city. The apartment is located on the top floor (with lift) and has recently been completely renovated. It is centrally located and quiet, only a minute's walk (approx. 150 m) from Walther Square (Bolzano city centre). The view from the balcony over the rooftops and to Bolzano Cathedral is unique. From the bed, you can see the sky and the mountains, and in the evening, the starry sky.

The terrace with the green flat roof is ideal for a glass of wine on mild warm summer nights or a mulled wine in winter. Private parking is also included with the apartment.

Apartment in sunny Cornaiano

The cozy apartment was newly built in 2022 and is located in the beautiful wine village of Girlan (Cornaiano). After a short walk (5 min) you will reach the village center with grocery stores, restaurants and a bus connection. It is only a few minutes by car from the Monticolo Lakes or Lake Caldaro. The state capital of Bolzano is also only 18 minutes by car. The apartment is therefore an ideal starting point for hikes, bike tours and excursions.

The cozy, bright apartment "Gretis Landhaus Suite" (61.0 m² + 24 m² terrace) is located on the first floor, has a bedroom, a bathroom, a day toilet, a private Finnish sauna, a whirlpool, a fireplace, a terrace, toilet, bidet, hairdryer, a fully equipped kitchen with cutlery, dishes, kettle, toaster and coffee machine.
