Gaia’s house is everything you could wish for - perfectly located in beautiful Anguillara, well decorated and full with anything you need, cozy, comfortable and with a stunning view from the living room and bedroom. Around you will find the lake, great restaurants and coffee bars, and paid parking close by. Easily one of the nicest places we’ve stayed in, and Gaia was a generous host, attentive and communicative. Will definitely come back!

The apartment is characterized by impeccable cleanliness and excellent location, a stone's throw from the lakefront and the village of Bolsena. Communication with Maurizio was excellent.

Gorgeous house with a huge back garden that opens up to a panoramic view of the lake and spectacular sunrises worth waking up at 6am for. The house was clean, comfortable, well decorated, had good ventilation (A/c) and spacious living areas. All amenities were provided including those essentials ; coffee machine, laundry facilities, TV, decent Wifi and driveway parking. It very much feels like a family home. It is well positioned, located within a short walking distance from the Lake also giving you easy access restaurants and water sport activities . There's a little pathway at the bottom of the garden that leads you there. As well as a view of the lake from the back garden, you also get a bonus view of the Orsini-Odescalchi castle from the front of the house. Host was lovely,accomodating and super responsive. Couldn't have hoped for anything better. Even the mosquitoes were kinder.

Really nice place for our needs. Stefano and Marta made us feel comfortable: we were impeccably welcomed in an accommodation that was exactly what we expected. Lots of positive surprises. To recommend and keep in mind for the future... Five deserved stars!

Staying at Paolo's place was really relaxing. Everything was as described and the location was really great, a two-minute walk to the lake and not far from beaches and restaurants. A special compliment goes to the host's availability who has always responded quickly and kindly. Highly recommended

Luciana was a perfect host: helpful, welcoming and extremely kind. We felt at home. The villa is located in a charming place, totally surrounded by greenery with a private view of Lake Vico. If you love nature, animals and the slow flow of time by the lake, then Antonella and Luciana's house is the place for you. A special greeting to Ninetto! Mariella, Peter and Ulysses.

The trip, as well as the accommodation, were beautiful. We felt at home as a family and were warmly welcomed. The place is very clean and everything is available. The hosts were always available and very friendly, we felt very welcome. They also gave us great tips for the area. We are sure we will come again. We can only recommend this place.

This is such a beautiful and charming cottage! It is full of character, has a beautiful garden, is in an extremely peaceful location but still very easy to get to both the lake and the town. Communication was fast and clear and I was very well taken care of by the host’s friends who made checking in and out extremely easy. They were welcoming and made sure I had a great time while there. The cottage was clean, beautiful and cozy. I would absolutely recommend this rental.

Oretta is a fabulous,kind and helpful host,the house is very nice, clean and tidy. She made us find a good choice for breakfast and everything we needed to cook!We felt right at home!!

Very quaint place, great pool.

This week-end at Maurizio and Sandra's house was great! The place is perfect for a few days with friend or family, enjoying the comfort of nature and the pool. Our hosts were very flexible for checkin and checkout, and we had a great time there! I strongly recommend it.

We booked the house in the countryside and had a wonderful holiday. The hosts are extremely friendly and were there for us. The garden is well maintained, the pool has been cleaned regularly. A nice holiday

Roberto’s place was truly beautiful on the lake. It was so serene and peaceful with natural beauty everywhere. We loved this place! Roberto gave us great restaurant suggestions and was always available for questions. It’s about a 7 minute drive to Bolsena which is equally picturesque. We would love to return.

This is truly a little paradise, we had a wonderful weekend here, the pool is clean and well maintained, the house has all the amenities, the owners are very welcoming and friendly, we will definitely come here again, now this is our favorite place to relax, thank you so much❣️

The owners are very welcoming and helpful. The location fully met our expectations. Very suitable for two couples of friends and/or a family as the spaces are comfortable and the presence of two bathrooms with shower (brand new, like the rest of the house) makes coexistence easy. Highly recommended.

Great communication in advance. The apartment itself is modernly furnished, very clean and has a great view of the lake. We started from here to Rome. We will be back 😊

Incredible view and location, having breakfast on the terrace overlooking the most beautiful landscape was a real highlight. The cave inside the apartment is great and you can buy tasty local wine. We had no reception when we arrived but there is some wifi in the apartment. Tiziana and Luigi are really friendly and welcoming and check-in and out was easy. Would highly recommend and love to come back.

We had a great time staying here. The space is perfect for a stay as a couple. Andrea was very friendly and even send us the sunglasses we accidentally left at the Airbnb via post. We can recommend staying here!

Perfect apartment for our family with two boys, to spend a week of vacation around Bolsena Lake and around Tuscia. Friendly welcome from Alessandra upon our arrival, apartment with modern decor and equipped as also highlighted in the photos. Garden to be cared for to take full advantage of outdoor spaces.
