Vacation rentals with a patio in Bologna

We were there for five nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Daniela is a lovely host, very proactive and looks after her guests very well. She was at the property at check in to make sure it went smoothly. She recommended some amazing local restaurants and also made the bookings for us. Overall we were very pleased with the cottage and will be more than happy to stay there again when we are in the area.

we had a great time at Giorgio's house, super clean house, he was very helpful and precise. I have small children and he was super kind in providing games for my kids We will definitely stay with him again.

Well, what can I say about Dino, a superhost👌super responsive, very kind and helpful. He went out of his way to help me with an autostrada payment too. He's a friendly person and so is his beautiful wife who made a torta(cake) for us which was delicious, along with a nice locally made bottle of wine. The garden was absolutely beautiful and the pool was nice and refreshing after a hot day out. The apartment was very comfortable as was the bed. It had everything you needed. Great spot to see all the other beautiful cities around you. We will definitely be going back when we return to Italy 👌❤️

We felt totally comfortable with Carlotta and Fabio from the beginning. The two were super warm and always easy to reach if we had any questions, which made the stay really relaxing. The location of the place was perfect. Everything was within walking distance, which was super convenient. Overall, it was really a wonderful stay, for which we are very grateful. We stayed here for three weeks and loved it. Perfect location in the old quarter, easy access to great restaurants, and a nice vibe in the neighborhood. Cannot recommend highly enough!

We had a great time in this apartment! The hosts were very kind and always available for any need, making the stay even more enjoyable. The apartment is right under their home, but we had all the privacy we needed. The interior is an open space, but very spacious, well-kept and welcoming: you can immediately breathe a warm and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for a few days of tranquility. The only small aspect to consider is that the bathroom is not inside the apartment, but in an adjacent common area. However, it is still reserved for guests and is easily accessible. Overall, a great solution that we recommend to those looking for a quiet, clean place with really thoughtful hosts!

I had a lovely stay in Imola and enjoyed being at Alex's place for a week. Extremely easy communication and very quick response. The place is cleaned spotless and what you see is what you get. I loved the recommendations of the neighbourhood and can definitely recommend having your vacation here 😊

Amazing place and the garden makes a huge difference

Gorgeous modern space in a great location just a short walk to many sights in the historic city center. The apartment is beautifully appointed. The name of the apartment is Silence House, but we did hear quite a bit of street noise at night. That may have been bad timing as there was a festival in the city center that weekend. We had a rental car but the garage wasn’t available for use - if you need the garage, check with the host beforehand. The host got us a ZTL pass to park nearby, but the timing was bad with the festival and I had to drive around for close to an hour to find a parking spot. The hosts were always very quick to respond to any messages. They proactively checked in with us to see how things were going during our stay. If you want to stay in the city center, this is your modern home away from home.

The apartment is very nice, with an essential kitchen, a comfortable bed, and a well-kept garden. Far from Ferrara but well connected by city buses. Quiet environment. Very helpful and responsive host.

It was a really wonderful stay! It exceeded my expectations. We stayed here with my 2 year old daughter and there was also a toddler bed, and a private playground. The view was breathtakingly beautiful and it is only a 5-minute walk to the beautiful village of Dozza. Really 5 stars, a top host and top accommodation! Thanks for everything!

A very well-maintained, clean and stylishly furnished apartment with really everything you need. Lidia has thought of everything to make her guests' stay as comfortable as possible. Because of the nearby railway line, earplugs (Ohropax) are available. The route from Google Maps sent us to the wrong end of the road, but Lidia immediately helped with advice on where exactly we needed to go. To get to Bologna we used the bus, whose stop is just 3 minutes from the apartment. Here, too, Lidia provided a comprehensively prepared paper to help you find your way around faster. Highly recommended!

Daniele was a great host; it was easy to agree on check in time, she responded fast and was very friendly and helpful about showing us around the apartment and how to get to the centre of Bologna. The apartment is very clean, well equiped, ac is great, bed is comfortable. We loved that there is a nespresso machine! The location is also amazing as there is a big supermarket as well as fast food and a coffee shop 1 minute away by walk. More shops are also really close by if you have a car. Theres many parking options in front of the apartment too. We loved our stay, I definitely recommend it.

Fantastic location. Easy to walk to restaurants and Modena’s centre. Great place to stay if you want to see Modena and don’t want to drive. The host communicated clearly and kindly.

Francesco’s place was just as the pictures represented. A great modern shower and bathroom , small efficient kitchen . Comfy bed , Gorgeous courtyard to enjoy coffee or a wine .. central to everything but in a quiet side street behind the towers … Filippo was so helpful and responded to text messages immediately .. we didn’t have a toaster in the apartment and Filippo was happy to buy one for us and deliver .. We would absolutely recommend Francesco’s place as a perfect stay in Bologna .

Would really recommend this property. In a good location in walking distance to the centre. The apartment itself is beautiful with all the amenities you need and the rooftop terrace is gorgeous. Spiros was very kind and even carried my case up five flights of stairs. Thankyou!
