Vacation home rentals in Bologna

Our stay at Maurizio's was perfect for our needs. The building superintendent Eugenio helped in any way and was always a joy to speak to. The apartment was supplied with anything anyone could need. The washing machine was a gift.

Nice accommodation, great location, but on a busy road, but close to a bus station so you are in the city center in no time! Communication with Sila was great! Responds quickly & helps you where needed 😊

Great space that has the kitchen basics and good layout. Host is very friendly and responsive. Location convenient for the train station, however it does take about 20 min of walking to get to main attractions.

Stayed here two nights and it was a pleasant stay while visiting Bologna! The apartment is really well furnished and has plenty of space if you’re bringing multiple people. The location is a quick 20-25 minute bus ride into the city center but the surrounding area is quite nice with just locals around. My only complaint would be the cars honking as they drive throughout the night past the apartment. I’m not sure why this is but it’s not a problem if you’re a heavy sleeper like myself. Would stay here again and again!

The studio is equipped with all utensils to make you feel at home, has dedicated parking space and is close to public transport.

What an awesome stay in Bologna! You are right next to numerous shops and restaurants, within walking distance from the train station, and very fun neighborhoods. The AC and wifi are great, and it is a cozy place to relax and recuperate.

Gabriella and the property are both lovely. It is well located in a very walkable city. The food in Bologna was amazing, including the fresh home made breakfast prepared each morning by Gabriella. Very responsive to messages, and easy to find. Great recommendations of things to see, places to eat and even talked them them through with a map to help us out. The parking was nice and easy, and the appartment was very cool, and. also had air-conditioning just in case!

We stayed here for 3 nights and the location is fantastic. Great bars and restaurants all within 10 min walking distance. There is a bar right below but never heard any noise while we were there. Luca was great in making suggestions, answered all my questions and also helped us reserve a taxi at 4:15am. Overall a great stay and great host. Will certainly stay here again.

I had a truly enjoyable stay at Andrea’s place. The location is perfect—right in the center, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The garden is a hidden gem: peaceful, beautifully maintained, and feels like a private oasis. The house was spotless and well-equipped, and Andrea was a warm and welcoming host, always available and kind. Highly recommended!

We stayed two nights in this beautiful house, I call it that because it was really like feeling at home. Valentina, the girl I checked in with, was super helpful and kind in advising us. We will definitely come back when we happen to pass through the learned Bologna. Thank you!!

Absolutely wonderful stay at this little oasis in the hustle and bustle of Bolonga. From start to finish we cannot commend Callum and his team highly enough. His attention to detail inside and in the lovely courtyard garden was well appreciated. The apartment was pristinely clean which we were grateful for. The area was just a short walk to the Centre and we would highly recommend any future guests to use Callum's recommendations for eateries and you will not get bound up in the more touristy restaurants, but will experience some authentic dishes beautifully served. Thanks is not enough, we have stayed in a few air bnbs over the years and Callum as a host, his guide books and attention to his guests is by far the best. Many many thanks :)

Romantic, clean, relaxing, easy to find apartment. No stairs. Cristina was a wonderful host. Responded quickly and gave us clear instructions for access. She greeted us as soon as we arrived and introduced the space to us. Beautiful spot in a great location in bologna. Just 1 min walk away from a bunch of outdoor street food/alcohol. We only stayed for one night and quickly regretted it, we will come back to Bologna for much longer next time.

Jacopo answered our questions very quickly throughout the process. He helped with check-in. The house was as in the photos and only a few bus stops from the center. Check-in was very smooth. Thank you for everything.

My stay was excellent! Laura handled so many details and was very helpful when the airline lost my luggage. The house is decorated with tasteful art and has a nice collection of literature both fun and challenging in English and Italian. Her pets were adorable and friendly. Sasso Marconi is also a charming little area with everything you need for dinner out or at home, a picnic, or a hike.

We were there for two nights visiting bologna and had a great stay. Domenico was very helpful and flexible, would come back anytime!

This is a beautiful place! The host is so sweet! My only complaint is that there is a lot of traffic noise all day and night.

Communication with Marcella was great, she always responded very quickly. The location is also very good, quickly accessible by bus from the train station and you are immediately in the city center on foot. We were in Bologna on the weekend and so it was very noisy at night from the street, but that's part of it when you're so central. From Sunday to Monday it was much quieter and with the window closed you could hardly hear anything. We would stay here again ☺️

Annalisa's place was amazing to stay at! It had everything we needed. The area was quiet despite being so close to the city center, and we enjoyed sipping tea on the terrace while listening to the flowing water of the canal! There were restaurants, cafes and a grocery mart all within a 5 min walk!

This Penthouse was beautiful. The building itself is pretty typical Europe, older building with a modern interior. The host is very responsive and accommodating. Would stay here again if I visited Bologna.

From the dreamy view to the hilly landscape, the beautiful (bath)rooms, and the charming little details like the souvenir cabinet and lavender sachets—Lisa and Andrea have thought of everything. You can tell this is a home that has been lived in with love and is now lovingly shared with others. Communication with Lisa is super easy, she gives great tips, and we especially loved one restaurant: Trattoria Anconella in the mountain village. From gorgonzola pasta to mascarpone with chocolate for dessert and delicious wines! With our bellies full, we could relax in the bubble bath with a stunning view. Highly, highly recommended!

Wonderful host and apartment! We are so thankful for their hospitality and kindness and we had a wonderful stay in Modena! Host was very responsive when we had questions and very helpful when our luggage storage didn’t work out at another location. Highly recommend the host and the apartment!
