Very peaceful and quiet location – perfect for relaxing and disconnecting. The house was spotless and exactly like the photos. Beautiful natural surroundings with amazing views. The hosts were extremely nice, responsive, and helpful. Everything was well prepared and thoughtfully arranged. Important to note: there is no mobile phone reception at the property. Not a big issue, but be aware – for signal, you’ll need to walk about 1 km. Shops and supermarkets are located in the next village, Grosio, about 20 minutes away by car, so it’s good to plan ahead if you need groceries or other supplies. Great for people looking to unwind, enjoy nature, and have a clean, comfortable place to stay. Would definitely recommend!

We were so happy to stay at Augusto's place. We were greeted warmly and the location and house were as they were in the photos. The house was perfect for the three of us and it was close to a number of different hikes and outdoor activities. The view at all times was spectacular no matter the time of day and would definitely come back in the future. Thank you very much for letting us stay we enjoyed every moment. Vacation above expectations. The house is essential, but with everything you need, very clean and cozy. The wood-burning heater was a beautiful and engaging discovery. The lack of electricity, supplied by the photovoltaic, was not a problem, as well as we really appreciated the absence of the TV. A little less, from the ladies, the inability to use the hair dryer....but, quiet, it seems that from next year the 220 (unfortunately!) arrives. Enzo and his wife were very kind and very helpful as were co-host Michela. The surroundings are beautiful and allow hiking in pristine mountains. Not far from the house, I point out La Posteria Baitel, where you can eat typical local dishes, be welcomed by the very nice Lollo and make friends with the Valleys who are extremely friendly.

A modern bathroom features a glass shower enclosure with a rainfall showerhead. Exposed wooden beams are visible overhead, complemented by stone walls. A wooden vanity is present, along with a toilet and neatly arranged towels on shelves. Natural light enters through a window with wooden frames.

This apartment is very close to Tirano so it is an excellent base for catching the Bernina Express. The apartment has a lovely village Outlook and safe free parking in the small community car park.
