Apartment Tea is spacious and very comfortable studio, situated at the very center of Malinska, but being sheltered from the streets, it offers privacy. You can enjoy your mornings or calm sunsets at the big 20m2 terrace, with the sea view. The nearest beaches, bars, restaurants, market places or sea promenade are only 3 min walk from the house. The house has a private parking in the frontyard, and bike storage free of charge for our guests. The courtyard has grill and benches available.

Cool apartment in the heart of Opatija

The apartment is located in the heart of Opatija in an old Villa. Right next to all the beaches and parks. The main beach of Opatija is only 50 meters away. Everything you need is within few hundred meters. It is quiet part of the center and the most beautiful. It is also right next to the main street and next to all the restaurants and bars. The best location. Apartment is well acquiped with everything (air conditions, etc..) Parking is secured for one vehicle, right next to the apartment.

Nalazimo se u neposrednoj blizini plaže i parkova. Obiteljska kuća sa više smještajnih jedinica. Svaka jedinica ima vlastitu spavaću sobu, kuhinju sa dnevnim boravkom, kupaonicu i terasu ili balkon. Neke od jedinica imaju pogled na more a neke na vrt. Moguć je i boravak obitelji sa djecom, pomoćni lažajevi za djecu nalaze se u sklopu dnevnih boravka. Ispod naše kuće nalazi se park sa plažom te dječjim igralištem. Kada se zaželite mira u našem dvorištu također postoji mjesto za opuštanje.

Novouređeni apartman kapaciteta za 4 osobe je moderno opremljen, čine ga spavaća sobe s bračnim krevetom i dodatni bračni krevetom u dnevnom boravku, kuhinja, kupaonica i balkon. Wi-Fi, parking, boravišna pristojba i AC su u cijeni. Pješčana plaža je na 30 sekundi hoda od apartmana, a udaljen je od ostalih plaža, glavne trgovine, pošte, ljekarne i restorana na 5 minuta hoda. Šilo je malo mjesto na istočnoj obali Krka preko puta Crikvenice. Ljeti je gliserom svakodnevno povezan s kopnom.
