Bodega Bay vacation rentals

Our stay at Pelican Hill House was peaceful and the house had everything we could need. We especially enjoyed the art supplies, board games, books, and yoga mat. Spotlessly clean and the bed was so comfortable. This was a magical stay that allowed us to disconnect and recharge. I seriously can’t recommend this airbnb enough. I hope to return soon!

Our second visit, loved as much as the first time. Really enjoy the deck, saw families of geese several times during the day and at sunset. Love the view of the beach in the distance and the incredible sunsets. Love the swooping birds around the house and saw quite a few hawks. Very peaceful. Also love that can see the creek and green hillside from the sitting room area. Enjoyed a walk to the beach each day, looking at the creek and the houses along the way. Clam chowder from Spud point restaurant was delicious and once again had an amazing dinner at Terrapin Creek restaurant. Went to the small grocery store nearby for the first time for a few items, well stocked and convenient. Love this getaway place and will be back!

The house is beautiful, clean and spacious for family of seven. Highly recommended if you want peace and quiet. The side patio is a nice place for a morning coffee with a scenic view of the ocean and the hills. I would enjoy coming back to this house again.

Lots of sea birds at beaches. Deer and a bobcat seen near the house. Very cool

We stayed here a few years ago and once again it did not disappoint. Jon's home was so comfortable and cozy we didn't want to leave. We would love to stay here at least once a month however, that is not our reality. The view and the sound of the waves are so amazing. Thank you so much for sharing your slice of heaven. We had a wonderfully relaxing stay at Dennis and Dan’s amazing cottage! The view was amazing and the beach less than a 5 mins walk away. We walked down to the beach for long walks with our dogs twice daily, they had a ball! It’s wonderful to be able to let your dogs run off leash on a beach, there are so few places in CA that you can. We had planned on venturing out but found ourselves glued to the deck people watching, listening to the waves and chilling out. The cottage was immaculate! We’ve never stayed in a place that is so well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The hosts have literally thought of everything! We couldn’t leave without first booking for next year.

This was our second time staying at this location. Came back because of how great our first trip was!

Absolutely stunning view and very private location. Plenty of room for our group and we especially appreciated the dog run off the master bedroom for convenience for our pup. The house has everything you need and the upstairs living areas are a bit more updated. Very comfortable to hang out and just enjoy the sunrises and sunsets. The deck was perfect. Host was very responsive and helpful before and during our stay.

Amazing retreat in the Redwoods - the property is quiet, has beautiful views of the redwoods with both outdoor sun and shade spots, and has a cool interior. Pool was perfect for cooling off on a hot day. I would stay again! We stayed in May, and while the yard was mowed, it had a type of grass that was very prickly so not barefoot or dog friendly - so we weren’t fully able to enjoy the expansive yard space.

Beautiful apartment … impeccable, modern, fully stocked. Great coffee and delicious muffins every morning. Loved the town of Sebastopol … great restaurants. Loved Ramen Gaijin.

Stayed here a second time, can’t keep thinking about the amazing view that I get to share with my family. Definitely recommend to anyone who wants a peaceful and majestic place.

This is a piece of Heaven on Earth. Glamping at its finest ❤️ Bed was toasty and warm, propane heater was easy to light. Hot shower, soft towels. It was so amazing to wake up in the trees. I didn’t have a plan while staying here and ended up checking out Duncans Mills, which is a cute historic logging town. Cute shops and great coffee. Bought some snacks at the general store and had a campfire dinner and it was awesome. Make sure so bring your own firewood. Also went for about a two hour trek on the grounds the morning before I left and it was so beautiful and I highly recommend. So grateful for this place and the wonderful animals I saw. I can’t wait to come back.

We had the best day at cloud 9. The place was immaculate and had cute little touches for our dog. They gave us a late check out on the holiday (without us asking), and we are able to really enjoy our Monday and not rush in the morning. The Jacuzzi was awesome, the bed was comfortable and all the amenities were great. The street was beautiful for walking and it was so peaceful and relaxing. We will definitely be back.

Absolutely Loved Our Stay at Rustic High Tide Cottage! This place is a dream for nature lovers! The location is perfect for hiking and kayaking—so much to explore right from the doorstep. Falling asleep to the sound of waves crashing beneath you is pure magic. We woke up to beautiful natural light streaming in every morning, and even got the occasional friendly moo from nearby cows—such a charming touch! The host was thoughtful and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. We didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to come back!

Peaceful, peaceful, peaceful! Stunning location. Contemporary, I would say Skandi design (although I'm no expert). We appreciated being close to the Lodge but even better was quick access to walking path. You can meander for as long as you want. We did have dinner at the Lodge which was beautiful, although pricey (food was good, but not stellar). Don't miss the amazing petite Chapel!. The whole premise for The Sea Ranch community is so very interesting & we really appreciated the books in the Condo that provided info about the area. Kevin's recommendations were spot on. Loved Trinks! The kitchen has everything you need & more! Thankyou!

Great spot! Superb communication took us right to this lovely, peaceful home in the redwoods. Occidental is minutes away and completely charming. The house had everything you need for a fantastic stay, especially the kitchen- everything is exactly where you'd expect to find it. Large spacious Great Room, spotless bathroom, great bed, and charming furnishings. This is not a spot for children or pets which was perfect for us. Linda’s home was a beautiful and spacious cottage in a very small town. There’s not much to do around, it’s the perfect place to stay if you’re looking to have a quiet weekend. Everything was clean and functioning, and Linda communicated very well as needed. Note that the bed is very small, something to be aware of if you’re sharing with a partner.

My husband and I stayed at Brian’s place twice, 9 years apart. Both times we found the house and its surroundings incredibly beautiful and calming. The house is full of details, history and stories. All of these transport you into another space where the time flows just right and the mind would relax and recharge.

This house was perfect for our family trip! We prepared all meals there and the kitchen had all the supplies and utensils we needed. Beds comfortable and the reclining sofas were great. Beach access right across the street! We also enjoyed the pool table. Weather sunny, which was a bonus. I thank you for the use of the house and definitely recommend it for a family or friends trip!
