Beach house vacation rentals in Boca Chica

We had a wonderful stay at Nelly’s place! From the moment we arrived, everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Nelly was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. She made sure we had everything we needed and even gave us great local recommendations. The space felt like a home away from home, and we truly appreciated the little touches that made our stay extra special. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Nelly as a host!

Great place to spend with family was so much fun.

It is an exceptional house right in front of the beach with beautiful views from the house, everything was clean, we didn't need anything, full kitchen, the super comfortable rooms clean and comfortable beds. Our family felt like at home we managed to rest and enjoy the environment, the beach is excellent and dreamy sunsets. Dario is very attentive and willing. I recommend it 100%. José a super attentive and accessible host always.

Nice place, for sure I will stay again next time in my visit to boca chica!! the house is nice and clean.... great location

As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by José who showed us the apartment. We had a great time, Josè was always available for any of our needs and at any time. There is hot water, climate in the rooms, dishes and kitchen utensils. There's also a washer and dryer. The pool was always clean, every 2-3 days was clean and the water changed. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the beach, with restaurants, bars, etc... And there's not much confusion outside, so you can sleep peacefully. We can only be satisfied and when we return to the Dominican Republic, we will know where to go.

Excellent stay! The Villa was exactly as it appeared in photos. It is nice and quite, with privacy on the back pool area. House was clean and well kept. We absolutely loved host Sarah! She is very kind and welcoming, we wanted to take her home with us! I will always stay here when visiting Boca Chica.

10/10 - Perfect Stay in Boca Chica, Dominican Republic! I absolutely loved my stay at this house in Boca Chica. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The house was very clean, the pool was excellent, and the whole environment was just what I needed. Communication with the owner was super easy, and everyone I interacted with was extremely kind and welcoming. I truly give it a 10 out of 10 - 1 would definitely stay here again!

We had the most incredible family vacation and it was all done to Nairobi and her wonderful husband’s hospitality and care. The home is incredible and more impressive in person with the most incredible outdoor private pool , waterfall feature and jacuzzi. We loved our time here and felt secure and so peaceful. Highly recommend and will be sure to return. Amazing hosts and property

Quiet, Private, close to lot of places

This is a very quite villa so if you are looking for a piece of mind this is the place to be. But you need to know that the person who books the Airbnb is the only person who has access to the resort pool and beach area only!! if you would like to order food and go to the cafe you must pay for a day pass and if you have kids they will cost $40 each end anyone 13 years or older will be $70. The resort staff will constantly remind you of the rule and it will seem repetitive. Also you will need a car to get back and forth to the beach because you can not walk there. The distance is too far because the original access route has been cut off by construction.

What a beautiful home, I can not say enough of this place. It extremely clean, comfortable and extremely cuzy. We are a family that loves to cook and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed which made us feel we were right at home. The beds are extremely comfortable, very nice furniture to seat and watch tv or just to relax. The house is on a safe and quiet neighborhood which is a plus for our family. Is very close to the airport and to supermarkets. The host was so lovely, we had a question and she responded in less than five minutes. I would give this place a 10 STAR if I could.

Great spot to spend a short weekend. Peaceful and a very nice view. Just a few minutes from the beach by walking.

Amazing! The pool was our favorite and we had lots of bathrooms to accomodate our big group. Jose is very responsive and kept in touch with us. Property feels safe and he met us perosnally at check in. My only suggestion...more people should treat their properties as good as Jose does!! Thank you so much for everything!!!

It is a very cozy and comfortable private villa, it makes you feel at home, it is surrounded by a lot of greenery so it feels very cool. Martin and Carmen's attentions were always very diligent and attentive in anything we would need, I would definitely come back 🥰
