We had a great time in Juan Dolio, in a peaceful area slightly set back from the tourist center, which allowed us to enjoy a quiet setting, almost as if the place belonged to us. The accommodation was pleasant and in line with our expectations, and the staff and service of the building were simply great: discreet, professional and always available. A real little haven of peace that we would recommend without hesitation!

Very comfortable apartment with the necessary amenities, clean and spacious, in a nice and quiet residential. The beach was divine, you have it just outside the residential and the pool it has is spacious and with a children's area. There are BBQ areas outside and the residential workers help you prepare it if you wish. We really enjoyed our stay in the place a lot

I had an amazing stay at this property! The home was spotless and well-equipped, providing all the comforts needed for a relaxing getaway. The host was incredibly responsive and offered excellent recommendations for local attractions, making my visit truly memorable.

David's place was amazing, located just minutes from beautiful Juan Dolio beach and close to good restaurants. The only thing was that the jacuzzi didn't heat up as mentioned in the listing. Other than that, I would definitely stay at David's place again.

Nice place with a beautiful view. It’s very spacious and gives a nice outside feel while still being inside. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a great view in a nice place.

This place was immaculate. It is incredibly spacious, near several shopping centers and definitely worth the price. Our host Rhudy was phenomenal. He was always swift with responses and assistance. We had issues with our WiFi and he came to fix it and on our last night around 1am our shower faucet broke and he responded in seconds and had maintenance team rectify the situation. Would definitely recommend. 5 stars

My experience staying at Kelvin Reynord's place was excellent from start to finish. From the first moment, Kelvin was attentive, cordial and always willing to help. Communication was prompt and clear, making the whole process very easy. The place was spotlessly clean, well equipped and as shown in the photos. You can tell that Kelvin takes care of every detail to make guests feel at home. Plus, they had some special touches that made the difference, like local recommendations and a warm welcome.

great place, its much larger than what you see in the photos. Mayra and Yam are very hospitables. I definitely recommend the place.

It was a GREAT place, feels magical, perfect mixture between colonial household, confy loft and quiet and peaceful, perfect to get peace within the city

Staying at Vera and Ellis' place was wonderful. They were quick to respond to any of my questions and help me navigate the town. The apt was comfortable and I agree that the one AC unit in the bedroom cooled down the rest of the apt enough to make it comfortable. At one point I asked where I could find my favorite Dominican dish (locrio de pollo) and they worked with the restaurant downstairs to make it for me. My only thing to look out for is it can be pretty loud on the beach over the weekend. I managed to sleep through it, but some people might not be able to. And check out the empanada place just two blocks away at the corner of Abraham Nunez and Dominguez, Acualuz Bar on gMaps. Delicious empanadas and juices.

Internet access was deficient when I arrived so I could work online. After mentioning this to Norma she had an excellent fiber optic access installed for remote work. I will definitely go back. Thank you Norma.

This is a great condo on a beautiful beach. 5th floor location with gorgeous views of the beach right near the elevator. Space has all that you need to live comfortably. A little wear and tear from being in a beach climate, but doesn’t detract from the experience.

Communication with America was great. She always responded quickly and was friendly. The place was great for our stay. We were 5 adults, 2 children and a small dog. The place was a perfect fit. There is 1 master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Another bedroom with a double bed and a room for 3 people with single and double bunk bed. There is air conditioning in all bedrooms. As well as a bathroom upstairs and on the first floor as well. The living room is equipped with a TV and Netflix as well as a fan. There is a great large dining table as well as a well-equipped kitchen. Stove, oven, sink, microwave and large fridge are available. There would also be a washing machine if needed. There is a completely covered and glazed terrace where you can also BBQ or play dominoes in a sociable atmosphere. There is a shared pool. Great place to stay, we felt comfortable.

The place is just like the pictures. Convenient location. Lots of restaurants nearby. We enjoyed our stay.

I highly recommend it, we stayed for a few days with family and everything was great. Doña Carmen is a lovely lady always willing to help, same with Any she was a great host, we are definitely coming back there. We are very thankful:)

Emely & Dulce were very responsive when sending a message. Checkin was very easy and the apartment had everything needed for our stay. The view was amazing for my morning coffee on the patio.

The condo was exactly what the photos and description relayed. We felt safe and very much on vacation. You don’t need a rental car. There’s a mini market across the street and okay of restaurants to choose from. The condo outdoor space is perfect.. cabanas, lounge chairs, volleyball net, soccer, pool (yet too cold for us) and most of all drinks and food on premise. It made it easy to relax and have meals on the beach. Finally, the sunsets are unreal!!

This unit is center of 5 buildings, overlooking the pool and right on the sand. You do not need to cross the street to be at the beach. Yes you have access to everything at The Hemingway. Pools, beach, several restaurants. Parking is available with guardhouses to check you in. The check in lobby is across the street. Maps and GPS may lead you near by. The UNIT is slightly dated but clean and comfortable. Views from each room over look coconut palm trees. Balcony has amazing views that are hard to leave. Grounds and Property is amazing and well kept. Over the water restaurant is a great place to grab a drink and relax. Lots of chairs on the beach are available. The ocean is very calm and enjoyable to swim. The town is very walkable and safe. several places to eat, a few stores for groceries as needed. Book this New Water Heater!
