Very nice place to stay at with friends and family. Also is very spacious and I would definitely recommend.

Incredible location, literally 20 second walk to Maraca, a great restaurant I ended up eating at twice while I was there. Corner store 30 seconds away in the opposite direction for drinks, etc. super cool architecture and pool area was peaceful. Ice cold AC in bedroom I stayed in. Few notes, city is working on the street, so must be dropped at a corner, which is only 30 seconds walk to unit. Water unexpectedly was out the last day, wasn’t the hosts fault and they were extremely accommodating and helpful. Would stay there again.

The place is exactly as shown in the photos. I was in Santo Domingo for work with a group of colleagues, so we couldn't enjoy the house as much as we would have liked. However, it maintains an open and pleasant concept, the area is quiet and allows you to move easily to any place in Santo Domingo.

Absolutely loved my stay in the Zona Colonial! The apartment was charming, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean. It’s perfectly located within walking distance to all the historic sites, cafes, and vibrant streets. Maitee was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. The neighborhood has such a lively, authentic vibe, and I felt very safe exploring around. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to experience the rich culture and history of Santo Domingo. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved the small plunge pool/ hot tub, as well as the roof terrace, and the location was great for walking to lots of restaurants and shops in the colonial zone. Excellent stay! The Villa was exactly as it appeared in photos. It is nice and quite, with privacy on the back pool area. House was clean and well kept. We absolutely loved host Sarah! She is very kind and welcoming, we wanted to take her home with us! I will always stay here when visiting Boca Chica.

The house was very clean, the pool was excellent, and the whole environment was just what I needed. Communication with the owner was super easy, and everyone I interacted with was extremely kind and welcoming. I truly give it a 10 out of 10 - 1 would definitely stay here again!

Words can’t fully express the connection I felt with the host, the community, and this Airbnb. I stayed for 15 days, and from the moment I arrived, Michelle greeted me warmly and gave me a thorough tour of the space. The location is in a charming, well-established area of Santo Domingo with incredibly friendly neighbors. It’s easy to get around with Uber, and the neighborhood feels very safe. This Airbnb has the charm of a Washington, D.C. brownstone, complete with stunning rooftop views, a washer and dryer, an air fryer, and a reliable power backup to ensure uninterrupted TV and fast WiFi—perfect for remote workers. The water is consistently hot, and the AC keeps the space comfortably cool. Michelle and her support team were always available and eager to help. One of the best features is the secure remote access system, providing both privacy and controlled guest entry. Overall, this was an exceptional stay, and I highly recommend it!

Alexandra's house was exactly what I was looking. I was big and beautiful. Me and my big family had a lot of space to fit us all comfortably. we barbecued, swim in the clean pool and played basketball, yes there is a basketball court there. We made a lot of memories in that house and we all want to come back there and do it again. We all look forward to booking that place again in the near future. I can't say enough nice things about the house. oh, and Alexandra was very responsive when I had a few questions.
