On the upper floor of a detached house, you will find 1 bedroom with a large double bed, a living room with a pull-out sofa bed (2 people), a kitchenette and dining table as well as a bathroom with shower. Welcome to our cozy apartment on Lake Nehmser. The renovated apartment is located in the annex of our family house and has been lovingly modernized. In the light-flooded living-sleeping area, a double bed (140 × 200) awaits you, which can be reached via a staircase into the attic (see photo). A maximum of one child can stay downstairs in the living-dining area on the sofa bed. A fully equipped kitchen and a shower room are provided, as well as a charging station for your electric car.
