In 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreicht ihr: Dorfladen, Gasthaus, Bushaltestelle, Schwimmbad. 15 Gehminuten sind es zum Fluss. Im Sommer laden Wanderungen zu Touren ein, im Winter findet ihr wunderbare Skigebiete. Der kostenlose Skibus bringt euch dorthin.

Supermarkets are within a few minutes' walk. Bus stops are in the immediate vicinity and the train station can be reached in a short time. Bludenz is the ideal starting point for various hiking and skiing areas. Arlberg, Sonnenkopf, Montafon, Golm, Gargellen, Brandnertal…).

Our apartment in an apartment complex is embedded in nature with a breathtaking view of the Austrian and Swiss mountains. Despite the quiet location (car strongly recommended!), you are only about 10 minutes in the valley. The Laterns ski resort is only 10 minutes away by car. Our gem is also perfect as a starting point for hikes. We always strive to improve our offerings and want to provide our guests with a nice and affordable vacation

The apartment is located on the top floor of an appartment house, on the south side of Silbertal. From here you can directly start go skiing at the Kristberg or the Hochjoch area which belongs to the Silvretta Montafon

The fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with king-size beds as well as the modern bathroom offer all the comforts and conveniences. The wide balcony invites you to enjoy the mountain panorama. Free WiFi is of course available. The house also has two parking spaces, one in the parking garage and one on the parking deck.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The name says it all for these apartments, as local materials such as wood and stone were used in the construction. The owners grew up in Brand and parts of their families still live in Brand. The tourist operator also grew up in Brand and knows the valley like the back of his hand. A Brand service, i.e. a warm, genuine hospitality can thus be felt.
