The center can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. The apartment can be entered contactlessly at any time after 3 PM through the key safe (to the right of the entrance door of the apartment). You will receive the key safe code 1-3 days before your arrival. Parking space for 1 car available max. 2 meters wide and 4 meters long!

The high-quality 98 m² furnished 3-room smart home apartment on the Illufer is located directly on the bike path in Bludenz. Shopping opportunities are very close. The bike path at the doorstep, which leads to Motafon-Bregenz, invites you to cycle and exercise. The city center, Val Blu (outdoor and indoor swimming pool) and Muttersberg, our local mountain, are minutes away. The Brandnertal, which you can see from the window, can be reached in 20 minutes by bus or car.

The apartment is located on the sun balcony of the Montafon in a very peaceful location. It is a perfect fit for relaxing, sporty guests (near Silvretta Montafon). The apartment is made with a lot of love to detail with materials from the region. Only untreated pine tree was used in the bedroom, so sleeping after a sporty day in nature is particularly deep and relaxing. The view is breathtaking; the natural pond is a place of power right next to the house.

Montafon is also just a 15-minute drive, and Klostertal 15 minutes by car, and Lech is about a 25-minute drive. With a guest card you can take the bus and train for free. With the V-Card you can use every cable car and outdoor pool 1x, find out about the V-Card, highly recommended!

In the midst of a climbing paradise, at the foot of impressive rocks and mountains and the view of the "Bürser Plate," you will experience wonderful and relaxed vacation days in a quiet, yet very central location. In less than 10 minutes' walk you can reach the Bürser Schlucht, a top-class local recreation area. The access to the climbing gardens is less than 5 minutes.
