Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Bloomington

Perfect location for events around downtown Bloomington, the country club and various church’s and restaurants. Also very easy walkable access to the Constitution Trail. Heather made the booking and check in seamless and the home was perfect for my wife and I to spread out and relax. Clean with lots of amenities, this home felt like a vacation getaway. And we loved the feel of the older home with some modern updates.

I almost didn't click on the option for "looked like the pictures" because the pictures don't do this place justice. Yes, it's a beautiful home. It's also a beautiful neighborhood. Welcoming, kind neighbors, and very quiet. It's the little things though, that stand out the most. The layout of the house is perfect for families. You can spread out and enjoy some "me" time, sneak away to take a nap, or just lounge on one of the big comfy couches as you visit with your family. Do you want to cook? Buy the ingredients and trust the kitchen has all the utensils you'll need. Do you have kids? Older kids have their phones; if you want to get them outside it's gorgeous there too. Do you have a 3 year old though? Netflix and Bluey can only do so much. That's where Nathan swoops in to save you. They have provided such a thoughtful variety of toys and "things" to keep your kids occupied. The beds & rooms are WONDERFUL! I have so much to rave about & not enough space in this box. 1000% recommend.

Neal’s home was fantastic! Anything we needed was there. The living space is absolutely perfect for family get togethers. The back of the home is great for children and adults alike. We just loved the mid century vibe in the home. My dream is to own a MCM home like this. Everything is labeled so efficiently. One you turn into the drive the 1st time you’ll know where to go each and every time you venture out into the BloNo area.

This is our 2nd time staying. It is a wonderful historical Airbnb. Very comfortable and clean. We have only stay one night going to visit our grandson in Kentucky. I told my husband that sometime we need to plan on staying extra days so we can explore the area. The extras - breakfast items, snacks and water were a nice touch. We will definitely stay here next year.

We enjoyed our stay at the Charming Cottage in Eureka. The home was very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the peaceful backyard while we were in town for a wedding at The Cannery. We would definitely recommend to others!

Very cute,clean and efficient cottage. It was located in a quiet cove near Bradley. Would stay there again.

We had a wonderful time at this house! Very easy to get in with just a code. As soon as we walked in the place felt fresh and inviting. A big yard for dogs to run around ours loved it! The only thing I will say about the fence is that at the corners of the yard there were just small fences that dogs could easily knock over or jump over. Other than that we used the grill and sat on the patio space which was very relaxing. The town of Lincoln is very quaint and quiet which we loved, with a yummy ice cream place and coffee shop. There are also beautiful nature areas like Kickapoo creek park. We actually ended up getting engaged there on our hike! This place will forever be very special to us and had nothing but a good experience with the place and host.

Very tidy and cozy house. Super nice and helpful hosts. Everything is beyond my expectation. Due to the dust storm, it took me much longer time and finally arrived near midnight. Andy & Lynn waited and helped me. I'm very grateful. Arthur is also a nice town. I wish I could stay longer.

This home is so beautiful and elegant. It is wonderfully decorated, comfortable and inviting. The bathroom has a fantastic soaker tub, we were only there for one night or I would have certainly made use of it! Tonya and Shawn were responsive and accommodating. One of the very best airbnb's we have stayed at!

Second stay within a week as we returned home. Would recommend and will likely book again for another trip this year. Marcia even was proactive about a comment we left regarding an improvement for guests (additional table and lamp in bedroom) and that was made by the time we returned.

Beautiful restored complex. Loved the character that was preserved. Quiet location. Walkable to many restaurants. Mondays are a bit more challenging as many local places are closed. We loved this place. Very clean.

the place was amazing! beautiful area and bedroom the area is very relaxing and walkable. I did trip over an uneven sidewalk and there was supposed to be a first aid kit that went missing. the only thing we wished is that there had been room for 2 chairs as both of us have bad backs and sitting on the bed was not a great option. other than those 2 things..the place was perfect!

We loved our stay at Bill and Jens and would stay there again if we ever come back to Springfield. It was in such a lovely part of town with a big beautiful park right across the street. The place was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Bed was comfortable with super soft sheets. Thank you for letting us stay in your home!

Excellent place, Very fresh and so clean! Spacious and comfortable. The patio with pond view provides for a relaxing view. Everything we needed was already there. Host responds very quickly and we Thank the host for everything. Highly recommend.

Very nice stay! Felt much like home with lots to do including games, music, the hot tub was really nice & this is the first Airbnb I’ve been to where you can smoke! I also liked the projector in the living room😂 felt like we were in a movie theater lol. Monica provided great services even cooked for us and more, really appreciative and greatful for what she did. love every bit of detail inside the place from floors to the ceiling!! HIGHLY Recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable place to get away 11/10* Gots to respect the rules tho!
