Auf 30 qm erwarten dich ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, ein modernes Bad mit Regendusche sowie ein offener Wohnbereich mit Küche. Von der Terrasse und durch die bodenverglasten Fenster blickst du weit übers Feld und kannst Rehe, Hasen und Störche beobachten. Der Kamin schafft an kalten Tagen Atmosphäre, die Infrarotheizung sorgt für Komfort. Ideal zum Entschleunigen.

Wendland mit Hund bis 8 Personen, Wintersauna!

Dannenberg im herrlichen Wendland mit schönen Radwanderwegen, Wäldern und der nahen Elbe. Tolles Freibad in der Nähe, gute nahe Einkaufsmöglichkeit, Sauna kann ab September bis Ende April gebucht werden. (10€ Stunde) An Wochenenden nur beide Nächte buchen, keine Eine- Nacht- Buchung. Es ist ein Apartment, Airbnb stellt es als Baumhaus dar! Große Treppe nach oben, große Wohnung, großer Balkon- keine gemeinsame Nutzung. Zum Check-in ist ab 15:00 Uhr die Tür offen, der Schlüssel steckt innen.

Unsere gemütliche Fachwerk-Scheune heißt Dich mit ihren dicken Eichenbalken und ihrem großem Garten willkommen. Die steile Stiege ist allerdings nichts für kleine Kinder oder Menschen mit körperlichen Einschränkungen. Du bist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten an der Elbe im Naturschutzgebiet und in 2 Minuten in der Innenstadt mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Auf dem Elbe-Radwanderweg kannst Du Störche und Seeadler sehen oder Du genießt einfach den Sonnenuntergang mit Blick in den Wallnussbaum.

Look forward to sunsets from the terrace, relaxing hours in the garden sauna and plenty of space for spending time with friends or family. The Elbe, Lake Sumter and numerous bike paths are only minutes away. If you like, you can discover the Elbe floodplain on an alpaca walk with our neighbor.

The 45 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), cable TV, a washing machine as well as a dryer. This apartment features a private garden for a serene and relaxing stay. The highlight is the bright living area with high ceilings, open half-timbered and glazed Tennentor overlooking the village square.

Relax on the terrace, in the bathtub or in the comfortably furnished and fully equipped living and dining area with a wood-burning stove. The accommodation is barrier-free. In just a few minutes' walk you can reach shops, restaurants and small shops with village charm. Bispingen offers many leisure activities such as the ski hall, the go-kart track and extensive cycling and hiking trails through the Lüneburg Heath. Heide Park Soltau is only 20 minutes away by car.

During your stay with us you will live in a lovingly restored, spacious construction trailer with terrace and garden area. It is also set up for long stays. In winter, it is heated with wood and briquettes and it quickly becomes cozy and warm. Running cold water is only available in the trailer during the frost-free period! Horses can be brought along, 1 hectare. coupling directly on the trailer. The bathroom area and sauna are 50 m from the main house.

The guest house is very cozy and stylish with many details, such as furniture, windows, etc., which have been designed and built in individual production and with a lot of love for detail. If you are looking for peace and relaxation in a stylishly furnished ambience, this is the place to be. The Elbe Cycle Path and Elbe Dike are about 200 meters from us.
