The apartment offered is very clean, Béatrice provided all the bed linen and towels that were impeccable. She welcomed us warmly and showed us the possible activities around the cottage thanks to many leaflets and maps made available. This home is located in a quiet area. We had a great time at Marie's place. Very clean and beautiful accommodation. Everything is comfortable there. Really very nice to have plenty of things available (garbage bag, hand soap, tea towels, salt, etc.). Marie responds quickly and is nice. I recommend it 100%

Lovely apartment in the center of town. We could park the car close by since it’s in a car restricted area. The apartment is charming and very comfortable beds, spotless clean and practical kitchen utensils. The area is close to restaurants and shops. We got great recommendations by the owner about local attractions. We would definitely stay there again.

This cute apartment is well represented by the photos -- except there is no photo of the spectacular view of the church from the bedroom window. Having a dryer is a real luxury. It is quite comfortable for a long stay although the kitchen is super tight. Gael is a magnificent host, always available and caring. The location is convenient with grocery stores and Talensac Market in easy walking distance. Also, Les Bouteilles, the restaurant next door is excellent.

Thank you Denise for your welcome. just a smell of tobacco on arrival, too bad. but we know that despite the rules of living in the accommodation, you do not control the behavior of each guest. everything was very good, cat 🐱 and chicken 🐔 as a bonus.

Randy is a great host, responsive, courteous, kind, welcoming. The accommodation is on the top floor of a very quiet and well-located building that we recommend of course...

Overall, I had an amazing stay! Walkable to public transport with supermarkets nearby. It’s a compact house. So, make sure to check all cupboards and under the table for pots and pans. The house is on the 2nd floor and there is no lift. So, be prepared with lighter luggage. Beautiful space overall. Area after dark needs a little caution. Otherwise, quite safe and cheery with college students in the area in the day and evenings :)

The apartment was lovely. Light, comfy, more spacious than you might think. A cosy design and style. Well located, a quiet residential area, 10 minutes walk to the coast, easy access to town and area. Independent access to apartment with balcony, but above Valerie and Christopher if anything needed.

Great place to stay for two. We stayed here for the weekend. Apartment is quietly located, superbly equipped and also ideally suited for longer stays. Communication was great. We will be happy to come back!

Very homely 'bigou' Apartment that had everything we required for our stay & was spotlessly clean. Marie was extremely responsive & accommodating even altering her own plans when we needed to change our dates last minute. The apartment was very quiet in a quiet street located near the beautiful jardin de plantes park.
