On the ground floor of our house, a studio of about 25 m2 in perfect condition and fully equipped with bed linen and towels. Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers. The apartment is 5 minutes' walk from a shopping centre and less than 15 minutes' walk from walks along the canal from NANTES to BREST and from BLAIN Castle.

Charming cottage completely renovated in 2018. Original architecture, refined aesthetics and authentic atmosphere for this house with great potential. Numerous bike paths nearby. Horses and ponies on site will delight young and old!

La Huche – Country House

The barn is an outbuilding of the farmhouse inhabited by the owners, located in a place called, 45 minutes from Nantes and 60 minutes from Rennes. The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a rural and quiet environment with private terrace overlooking the garden, not overlooked. There is parking in front of the entrance.
