Zudem haben Sie von dort aus direkten Zugang zur eigenen Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln. Das Tageslichtbad ist mit Dusche, Waschbecken, WC und Fön ausgestattet.

For everyone who can do without TV. 2 km from the small village of Falkenfels with a castle and a pond. The Straubinger Volksfest attracts, the Unesco World Heritage Regensburg, skiing or hiking in St. Englmar or on the Arber.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer einst architektonischen wegweisenden großen Ferienanlage aus den 70ern (Die Bauwelt von 1973 liegt im Apartement aus). Im Sommer mit Hängematte und Außenpool, im Winter mit Innenpool und Saunen. Ein Fitnesscenter gibt es auch im Haus. Alles inklusive.

The property also offers plenty of space for families with children. Fallow deer, sheep and rabbits like to be fed by children. The location near the edge of the forest offers the opportunity for extensive hikes and walks. Skiers will also get their money's worth at Hoher Bogen, Arber and Eck.

Cena je pro 2 osoby. Za každou další osobu se doplácí 10€/den. Maximální počet hostů 4. Součástí yurty je wellness, které se doplácí na místě ( 20€/den) Nebojte po rezervaci se vám včas ozveme a veškeré doplňkové služby si potvrdíme. Užijte si nádherný výhled na rybník přímo z yurty. Kolem Vás bude pobíhat stádo oveček. Objekt je oplocen. Kdyby Vám cokoli chybělo, lze využít služby zavedeného penzionu, který je od yurty “pár” kroků, ale i přesto se budete cítit jako na samotě.

The charming, romantic apartment consists of a cozy living room, a bedroom, a bathroom and a hallway. It is located on a historic farmstead in the picturesque Bavarian Forest. From all rooms as well as the south-east balcony you can enjoy a magnificent view over the orchard meadow to the forest – pure relaxation! In the cold season, in addition to the wood central heating, the heat of the basic furnace ensures comfort. The wood is included.

at Thérèse's - upper floor

Located in Miltach, the Thérèse holiday flat offers guests a view of the church and the stork's nest. The 110 m² accommodation consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom as well as a guest WC and thus offers space for 7 people. Facilities also include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a Smart TV with streaming services, a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

In the house, the flair of the 50s is preserved. It is idyllically located, surrounded by green and yet in the middle of the village. You can relax wonderfully, with flexible equipment for creative processes even in small groups. For guests, the 1st and 2nd floor are reserved and connected to the stairwell. On the ground floor, I have my studio rooms.
