Vacation rentals with breakfast in Blackheath, Greater London

The Loft was very private with great amenities, including a spacious bathroom. The view of London was spectacular! The coffee machine was also greatly appreciated. The locality is great with parks, cafes, shops and the bus stop and train station all nearby. Check in was easy to organise as Christine was very responsive. I would definitely recommend and will be returning for my next trip to London.

Great spot for anyone looking to stay in tooting

Stayed for the weekend. 5 mins walk from the Tube, easy to find and very quiet area. Lovely home and the room and bathroom space and very clean. Received a small basket with breakfast nibbles each morning, which was lovely with our morning coffee. Host quick to respond and we couldn't fault our stay.

War zu zweit ein wirklich schöner Aufenthalt. Uns waren die getrennten Schlafmöglichkeiten und die Ruhe wichtig! Aussergewöhnlich waren die bereitgestellten Frühstückslebensmittel wie z.B. frisch gebackenes Brot, Milch, Müsli, Kaffee, Tee, Marmelade, Obst, Yoghurt, etc.. Einziger Nachteil war, dass es 1,5Std. von Heathrow (Tube, Train, Bus) entfernt liegt, was wir aber vorher wussten und gern in Kauf genommen haben.

Great place! Clean home and Anamaria was very hospitable. The neighborhood is really nice and diverse. The Herne Hill transit station is a short walk away, taking you straight to Victoria where you can then transfer to other lines. Bus stops are in super close distance too. Loved the retail stores and restaurants in the area.

I would certainly endorse all the positive comments from previous reviews that add up to Simona being rated a super host. Very happy with my week's stay. Simona is a very chatty, naturally welcoming host whose company I very much enjoyed. The room I had was small but all that I needed for somewhere to sleep after spending most of the time out-and-about in London, while Simona's house is a well-lived in, homely space in a great location. It might come with the odd creak and groan from the floorboards and plumbing, but, hey, welcome to 'Wimpy/Barrett Britain!' Ultimately, it's the human touches that make travelling so compelling and I look forward to sharing a plate of pasta with Simona when next in Wapping. That's dependant on availability of course - there's good reason why Simona's is usually booked-up far in advance. Glad for having had this chance for an introduction. Cheers!

we were a bit worried about getting into central London...but a really good bus service either goes straight to Oxford Circus, or to a local train station...which in turn goes straight into central London. The place is on a quiet street a few minutes walk from Lordship Lane with loads of shops, including excellent neighbourhood restaurants. To top it all there is free car parking outside!

A very lovely space to stay in, in a great location. The room was tidy and aesthetically lovely. The bathroom was clean and modern. Daniel was very helpful from beginning to end. We were also surprised with very generous snacks and breakfast options which made our morning lovely. Would definitely stay again.

Jeanette was a very friendly and proactive host, everything in the annex was just as it should be and the milk, bread, jam, butter were a lovely touch. Thanks Jeanette I will be back.

Vi and Charaf are friendly and responsive hosts and their cosy, clean and comfortable flat offers all the amenities you might need for an enjoyable "home away from home" experience in London's Chelsea neighborhood. Two added bonuses are that the flat is on a very convenient bus line that takes you all around town, and it is located above a premium grocery store where we could get all our various meal items that we needed for the week. We were very happy to stay here and all in all, we highly recommend this flat for your next London getaway!

I had an excellent stay at Gina’s London flat! Gina was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making check-in and communication smooth and stress-free. The location is perfect—just a short walk to Borough Market and London Bridge tube station, with easy access to all the city’s highlights. The flat itself is quiet and peaceful, with comfortable beds that made for a restful night's sleep. As a bonus, the views of The Shard and London Eye were spectacular! Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting London.

Staying here was like a happy little fairytale. It was so cozy and communal and made the trip to London the loveliest one I've had yet. The staff was so kind and helpful and the amenities made everything about the trip feel easy and breezy. I love the neighborhood so much and am so happy there's such a wonderful place to stay right in the heart of it.

We've stayed her 3-4 times now and it's great. We keep coming back because it's very comfortable. Unlike a lot of places the couch is comfy, as are the chairs and beds. We can cook dinner, pop downstairs to 2-3 different markets, plus several pubs and restaurants, and bring food back. The nearby pedestrian zone even has a Marks and Spence market that's very nice (think Whole Foods). The area is great. Two very convenient trains and several buses. We like to walk and often go through London Fields to Broadway market. Kingsland Road is good for Turkish food, an interesting African market and a Pret a Manger. The host, Zoe, is extremely responsive and helpful. Would definitely come back if we go back to Hackney again.

Super fijn verblijf in het appartement van Caroline. Ook de communicatie vooraf was erg plezierig en klantgericht. Appartement voldoet echt aan alles wat je nodig heb. Mooie rustige wijk. Goed bed! (Alleen de sofa in de woonkamer waar mijn zoon sliep is een beetje dun). Kleine maar fijne badkamer, complete keuken en zelfs een wasmachine. Super lief ook dat er ontbijt en snacks klaar stonden. De conciërge is erg vriendelijk. Er was een misverstand rondom onze aankomsttijd maar na een telefoontje kwam hij er meteen aan. Vanaf het Appartment echt heel makkelijk met de bus, metro of fiets naar alle plekken in London te reizen. 1 puntje van aandacht voor mensen met allergieën zoals huisstofmijt is het appartement iets minder geschikt omdat het heel Engels is ingericht - wat heel gezellig is - maar door de vele kleden - ook veel stof aantrekt. Overigens is het appartement verder echt heel erg schoon! We hebben echt heel erg genoten! Dank je wel!

Het was onze derde keer dat we gingen en het was weer een geweldig verblijf! Deborah is een zeer vriendelijke host, je voelt je er direct thuis. Wij gaan zeker terug!

I had an absolutely lovely time at Shirley's! Shirley was so welcoming and made me feel at ease and comfortable. It was lovely to stay with a host as a younger person traveling solo! The room was incredibly comfortable and well kept, the bread and fixings for breakfast were delicious, and it was so easy to get anywhere in London I wanted to go! Shirley was so kind, and I had a wonderful stay!

Fiona ist eine sehr sympathische, unkomplizierte Gastgeberin! Das Zimmer war wunderschön eingerichtet, sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet (z.B. Regenschirme, Bademäntel, Reisestecker). Auch das Frühstück war sehr lecker! Die Lage ist nicht ganz zentral, aber es ist gut erreichbar und auch fußläufig vom Zentrum noch machbar. Vielen Dank für diesen perfekten Aufenthalt!

It’s such a pity that I could only spent a single night in Elizabeth’s house! The room was absolutely beautiful and clean. Elizabeth was incredibly kind and welcoming, making me feel completely at home!She prepared a very generous and delicious breakfast!Her warm, humorous, and lovely personality truly made my stay unforgettable. If I come back to London, I will definitely stay here again!

Sandra is the ultimate hostess. Personable, accessible, kind. I can’t say enough about her rental, right up there with the best I’ve ever rented (and that’s many.) Spotless, expertly appointed. And such thoughtfulness around food and beverage provisions which means a lot when you’re tired and weary and dehydrated from a long travel. I will absolutely come back on any return trip to London. This was the second time my partner and I have stayed with Simone and John. We immediately felt very at home and appreciated all the attention to detail to give us a warm welcome. We especially love the food that they prepare for breakfast...it is heavenly! It is a great area, close to fabulous restaurants in both Muswell Hill and Crouch End. We would highly recommend it!

Sally and Chris were lovely hosts. Beautiful home, comfortable room, helpful with laundry, luggage, everything. Down the road on Greens Lane is the closest you can come to being in Turkey without actually being there. Great connection to many other places via Piccadilly Line.

Celia was very friendly and helpful and the room was super clean. She prepared a lovely breakfast for us everyday and we enjoyed the sun in her beautiful garden.
