This luxury house is located on the plateau road to Ayder, Çamlıhemşin, Zilkale, which are the attractions for vacationers in the region. 15 minutes to the city center, 20 minutes to the airport, 30 minutes to Ayder Plateau. The most important feature of our house is its location. It is designed in a way that you can watch the centuries-old forests, mountains, storm valley and stream from where you sit and lie down. The sound of the river flowing on both sides of the house and the waterfall from which the rivers are formed will accompany you at all times.

Detached house with garden can be preferred for renting (our house has a stove) and accommodates up to 7-8 people😇 A natural wonder surrounded by pine forests, 3 km from the city center near the Bulak Mencilis Cave. A quiet and peaceful vineyard house with a large patio, kitchenette, barbecue, isolated from the internet.
