Excellent apartment at a reasonable price. The metro station is right next to the building. The host was very responsive — I really enjoyed my stay!

The appartment is big and equipped with everything we needed. It is quiet new and clean. The best thing about it is the amazing view, the noise of the birds around in the evening. The sundeck is pretty good sized, so we did our morning gymnastics with this view, had breakfast outside after. We highly recomment it!

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay here! The view from the apartment balcony is great!The pool is in front of it and the street to cross before you hit the sandy beach, but you can still hear the waves which was very relaxing! The host uses a property management company to directly handle everything; I have had mixed experiences with these before but KeyStay was great and on-site admin were extremely responsive and immediately came when we had an AC issue (which was more user error with the settings than an actual malfunction of the unit). The parking is convenient, makes it easy to drive to Constanța and further along the Mamaia strip that are a bit far to walk. The amenities of this building are also great and as pictured; we enjoyed the rooftop infinity pool, and the sauna and indoor hot tub on the roof were a great bonus when we had a chilly day and couldn't enjoy the pool. Definitely recommend this place for a beach vacation close to the Mamaia action and still relaxing!

This is a very comfortable and spacious apartment with everything you need for a pleasant stay. It's quiet, has free parking for the car, the beach is close and there is a small shop nearby where you can pay with the card in case you don't have local currency. We stayed for a week and would love to come back again in the future!

First of all, thank you very much Mr. Halim, and then as soon as we entered the apartment, Mrs. Yenge's welcome cake was very nice for 2 families and 3 children. Also, Mr. Halim's son tried to make my son Aslan, who is a Galatasaray fan, a Trabzon sports fan :) The location of the house, its cleanliness and being right by the sea were great. My family enjoyed this neat and clean home like apartment. Though a steep ride to Istaqlal street but only 10 minutes in total if you walk slow. It’s 1.1 km but 200 feet height gain. Next to Sheraton and Cher hotel which has a big star bucks. Lots of diners and breakfast options on the road within 200-300 meters plain walk if you do t want to take steep hike. Grocery stores and my favorite Simit sarayi opposite to it. Parking in basement, steam and sauna, swimming pool of small but decent size add to the amenities. Apartment has washing machine, dish water and everything you need. Host was very nice and friendly. I come to Istanbul every other month so from here onwards, this will be my preference if I come with family.

We stayed in Volkan’s place for 4 nights. Very nice apartment, specious, comfortable, clean and it had everything we needed. The neighbourhood (Erenköy) is lovely. The street the apartment is on is very walkable and has a lot of nice high quality cafes and it’s also very close to trendy Baghdat st. Volkan was quick to respond to any questions we had and he communicated in a perfect manner. Highly recommend!

The apartment was just as described. It is very close to a swimming pool and a good Italian restaurant. It is just a few minutes walk to the beach. The apartment is well appointed and has pretty much everything you need for self catering. We would stay there again.

everything clean and nice, Furkan great host . the apartment very good, luxurious, Furkan the right person ,trustworthy, he interested in his job. the apartment spacious for 4-5 people but no more, as I stayed there one day and then we found a larger apartment for 7 people.

Wow! Ali and team really go above and beyond ! They made every effort to ensure my stay was enjoyable, they pay attention to even the smallest details . Overall, I felt very well taken care of staying here from check in to check out, they did not miss a beat. There were complimentary meals at BurgerLab, upon arrival the mini fridge was fully stocked with refreshments and treats ! 😍 ! Ali was always responsive and checking to ensure everything is ok and if I need anything . His on-site team is wonderful and close by if assistance is needed. The apartment is very spacious , nice, cosy, clean, tidy and lots of natural lighting. I really appreciate there was a good size table as I had to do some work during my stay so it was very useful. The location is perfect for exploring Istanbul. it is in a desirable location ,it is close to the ferries, trams and metro. Also lots of good restaurants, cafes in this area. Thank you for the awesome hospitality ! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
