Clean and lovely villa with a great swimming pool (shared for 4 villas). The terrace is huge, with a lot of seats, tables etc.. it was easy to run a birthday party for 14 people! Thank you!

We stayed as a group of 6. The rooms were quite sufficient, everyone stayed comfortably. Especially the fact that the pool is heated provided great comfort in this season, we enjoyed it a lot. Highly recommend for a peaceful vacation in Sapanca!

The apartment is clean and close to the airport 3 minutes I stayed in it for 4 days And brother Vulcan is very friendly and very helpful. We needed some things At home, he presented it to us immediately and was very keen on the comfort and service of the guest I just wish there was a microwave and I will repeat the visit to my brother Vulcan when I come to Trabzon next time, God willing

We had a great weekend with a group of 11 friends. I see it as a place to come and stay later. The host was caring and caring, creating a friendly environment with a guler face. House cleaning is quite sufficient. Without a pool, it would increase the fun.

The apartment is very beautiful and its location in the center is directly on the sea The apartment is two rooms, a very large lounge, a kitchen and one bathroom ( there is a rinse and a washing machine) The apartment has a balcony in the hall with sea views and rooms with partial sea views Note : Apartment in an old building but the apartment is very clean and modern The apartment on the second floor may be a bit annoying for calm-loving people The apartment has only air-conditioned in the lounge but rooms without air conditioning But in general the atmosphere was very excellent and the apartment is clean and the owner of the apartment is very cooperative and deserves respect and appreciation

Lovely hosts, very hospitable, always ready to help with everything, even late at night we are ready to solve any problems. The apartment corresponds to the description. The sea is very close, of course you will have to walk to the center of Batumi. Sometimes there was not enough light in the apartment, because there are only two windows, one of which overlooks the courtyard of the house, and of the six lamps there are only two, but this is only our preference, we love when the apartment is bright. I personally did not have enough curtains in the shower, the water fell on the floor and I had to wipe the floors several times a day. And some dishes are in poor condition, but we only noticed it because we cooked often. And everything else is fine!!!

Everything was really great. We were three families of three, and we had a wonderful time. Ms. Ayla was very kind and hospitable, and she was truly responsive at any time of day or night if any issues arose, which is fantastic. The villa's location was excellent, close to Baghdad Street, which is also great.

Spacious and fully equipped apartment in an easy reach to the main sites of Batumi, a bit outside the most touristic places but offers you comfort and great views in a more local place. Fresh fruit from market right in front of the building, tons of fast food places around, money exchange, supermarket. Apartment itself is newly renovated and has everything you'd need for a comfortable stay.

A hospitable Georgian family, accepted as a guest, helped me with all questions, large apartment, 10 minutes to the sea, good infrastructure (exchangers, pharmacies, grocery stores, takeaway coffee), great offer for its price. I will stay there when I visit Batumi again. Very hospitable georgian family living in the same building, new building, spacious flat for 2 adults and a kid, equiped with the fridge and heating plates + washing machine, 10 minutes walking to the sea, chickens and cats walking in the yard, supermarkets and currency exchange everywhere, even Lavazza coffee to go. Just 4 km from the airport. Feeling safe walking late at night. Great value for its price.

A good option to stay in Batumi. Quiet street, no car noise, new house, closed courtyard and well-maintained entrance. Picturesque streets around, close to the sea and the old town. Apartment is fully equipped. The hosts met and helped us get settled❤️
