literally perfect. The hosts were very kind and smiling, very sweet people, they helped us with the slightest thing that came to our minds. I'm not even talking about the warm pool, the barbecue, everything is perfect.

We rented it for our 4-day holiday and we were very pleased. The house was as in the photo, the inside of the house, the pool and everything was very clean. Everything that should be in the kitchen was available. We would like to thank Mr. Zafer very much, even though it was a holiday, they came and picked us up from the train station and dropped us off at the house on the first day we arrived, and they took us to the train station in the same way on the last day, and they also came and helped us with everything we needed during the days we were at home. We had a wonderful holiday and we plan to come again. I recommend it to everyone.

A real gem! As a tourism professional, I'm used to visiting all kinds of homes—but this one is truly exceptional. The views are simply magical: mountains, forest, moving sky… and the soft sound of the river in the background. Whether from the living room, the bedroom or even the jacuzzi, you are immersed in nature. Forget the TV, here it's the live show that captivates you. The accommodation is clean, well furnished, tastefully decorated, and the staff are extremely helpful. One night, a storm caused a power outage — we contacted Hassan, and he fixed the problem in a minute. Again thank you for this responsiveness! Don't be swayed by any bad reviews: if there's a problem here, it's probably from the person writing it, not the accommodation. If I could give more than 5/5, I would do it without hesitation.

We enjoyed our stay at the Ellis. Giorgio and Zafer were both very responsive before and during our stay. They provided us with thorough instructions for our stay and arranged airport transfers both to and from the airport. The Ellis had everything we needed for our family of four. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed with necessary dishes. We appreciated having use of the clothes washer and dryer. The welcome book contained instructions for everything in the house. Highly recommend!

The location of the house is in a peaceful and quiet place (a nice change from the noisy center), but 10 minutes by car to the center. The hosts took us shopping at the store. Beautiful garden, very nice, talkative hosts and super friendly dog ​​Farukh (if you like dogs, you will be happy) made the stay in our memory for a long time. We highly recommend this place and hosts! :).

The flat was a perfect place for our family to stay for 10 days. It was in a fantastic area within a short walking distance of the Galata area and a 5 minute walk from the tram stop, from which is was very easy to get to the Sultanahmet area (or you can do the longer walk across the Galata bridge!). Ömer was extremely helpful and responsive, and made us feel very welcome.

A peaceful space created by a very sweet couple in nature. Especially that Caramel, that Caramel! It's right under our noses. A ball of love that comes to make itself loved 🥹 every morning, and gently curls up next to you with all its protection while you sit by the fire at night so that you are not afraid. 😍 Oh, and those purring cats; it🫠's like therapy. In summary, how can a host who has raised such loving children be bad? You see, if you choose to stay here, you'll be greeted by a smiling couple in the same garden as you. Therefore, you don't have to worry about security, it's a location you can choose even if you want to retreat in nature alone. Julia’s place was amazing! The views were spectacular, and well worth the stairs each day. You wouldn’t get a better panoramic appreciation of Istanbul looking back at the old town and across the Bosphorus. We were close to the Galata Tower and a vibrant area for food and culture.

I think it has a better view than what was shown. It's a duplex house, the view from the living room was also very beautiful, but the windows were a little dirty due to the wind. Fortunately, there was a glass balcony upstairs, so I went up there and enjoyed the view.

The room is spacious - we had a small living room with a couch and a kitchenette. The room was clean with all necessary items we need for our stay. However, there was a shower leaking causing the water pressure not strong enough. There was 24/7 receptionist ensuring smooth check-in and check-out. The host was very welcoming - they offered free tea or coffee and cookies upon our arrival. They also recommended a few locations in Istanbul for us to visit. We arrived the hotel by public transit. The road from the nearest tram station to the hotel is a bit incline and bumpy with a few staircases (very typical Istanbul road structure). If you carry suitcases, consider taking a taxi or a private car.

The neighborhood is great, everything is reachable by walk. The place itself is cozy and has everything to have a good rest. Highly recommend.

Çınar’s place is the Galata area, very convenient for visiting Istanbul. We loved the location. When we arrived, we ran into the host at the entrance and he ended up checking us in personally. He was very friendly and welcoming. The place is like the photos and large for 2 of us. It was clean and comfortable. The view from the roof top terrace is excellent. While it is near the Galata tower, it is quite quiet, while there are a lot of restaurants and shops within minutes of walking. I think it is a very good place to stay when visiting Istanbul, highly recommended. Be prepared to walk uphill and walk up the stairs. There can be a lot in the area and the apartment is on the top floors too. However, it is worth it.

A beautiful house suitable for relaxation and escaping the noise of the cities. It’s true that it is far from the city center, but the views from the living room and balcony are absolutely stunning, allowing you to contemplate the beauty of nature and the sea.

The best place to live in the north of Turkey The ruins are wonderful and can't be enough. There are ruins in each of the roles the best place I saw the city of Riza separated you from the world , and there is a delicious breakfast on demand. The place is very clean and sleepy and you are comfortable and the hosts are respectful and friendly. They introduced us to the tea plantations and took pictures of us with the tea fields and they made us drop off with them. We greatly enjoyed our stay at the villa - it had everything and even more, comfortable house with 2 separate bedrooms + bedroom mixed with living room + bedroom with separate toilet upstairs. Wonderful terrace, both in-house and outdoors shower, private beach, grill place, sauna, multiple locations for sitting. We were 6 people and villa suited us perfectly. Thank you a lot for hospitality!

Our time in Villa Holiday Sapanca Kırkpınar was quite nice. An ideal place for those who want to relax in a peaceful environment. Getting to popular places was very easy. The cleanliness and layout of the villa was perfect; everything was thought out down to the last detail. The hot pool allows you to have a pleasant time, especially on cool evenings. The fire pit also allowed us to have fun conversation time. The host, Ms. Nursel, made our stay even more special with her hospitality and attention. We felt like we were at home. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a calm and comfortable holiday in Sapanca with peace of mind. We will definitely want to come back!

This is our second time staying at dear Gülcan's villa. It will be our first choice for every trip to Istanbul from now on. We feel very comfortable in the villa as a family. After touring Istanbul all day long and returning to the villa, we entered a real paradise. There is a magnificent sea view and all the luxurious details have been considered. What you see in the photos, what the description says, we are glad that we chose this place, no one else's noise bothered us, nor did our noise bother others, it was a peaceful holiday for us.
