Нам все очень понравилось, квартира соответствует описанию, удобное расположение квартиры. Тенгиз приятный, доброжелательный человек!

Квартира отличная, приятный ремонт, ванная комната с душевой кабиной, все чисто, есть кондиционер, утюг, стиральная машина, большой обеденный стол, есть все для готовки. Быстрый интернет. Квартира расположена на втором этаже, окна выходят в тихий двор. До центра города с кафешками и до берега около 15 минут пешком, рядом есть продуктовые магазины. Elene отзывчивая, внимательная хозяйка, всегда на связи. Проживание здесь очень понравилось, всем рекомендую.

The property is located close to the seaside, making it easy to walk to the beach in swimsuits. The beach is sandy with few people even during high season. The sea is shallow, perfect for kids, and a lifeguard tower is located directly near the entrance to the beach, providing an additional level of comfort for parents. There are a few restaurants nearby and a small shop in proximity, but for larger purchases, you will need to drive to Poti. The property is tidy and equipped with all the necessary amenities. It's a great spot for a relaxed family vacation.

Хорошая чистая квартира. Уютная. В очень удобном месте. Рядом набережная, большая зона для прогулок и развлечений. Магазины тоже в пешей доступности. В квартире все было для комфортной жизни. Сама квартира просторная, светлая.

Оставаме в къщата за втори път и за втори път сме повече от очаровани. Мястото е страхотно, всичко е направено с много вкус, чистотата е безупречна. Илияна и съпруга й Стойчо са страхотни домакини, любезни, комуникацията с тях е безпроблемна, този път пристигнахме по-рано и дори успяхме да се настаним без никакъв проблем. Помещението винаги е подредено и има оставени плодове, вода, вино :) Ако обичате да готвите, в кухнята им има всичко необходимо, градинката също е чудесна. Staying at their house is amazing, perfect stay for a transit tourist like me. The room is big, quiet, clean and lovely. they have washing machine and iron that I can use and the beach is just a walking distance. Going to Batumi Central Bus is easier as it is very close to the house. Thank you so much for hosting airbnb room and I will definitely come back!

Villa Yanevi is an incredible, private villa in the very heart of Lozenetz. The hosts are extremely hospitable and accomadated any requests we had. The place is sparkling clean and close to bars, restaurants, shops and only 5 mins from the beach. The villa comes with a private garden making it a great place for a family vacation with kids. Highly recommended stay!

Yard is much better, then o photos. Our kids spent a lot of time there and really enjoyed it. Tinatin and Ilya are great hosts and super nice. They are living in the house next door and are always ready to help you with any issues.

Nona ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und kümmert sich sehr um ihre Gäste. Man hat von der Terrasse einen schönen Blick auf das Meer und der wunderbare Strand ist schnell zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Stehe nicht so wirklich auf lange Kommentare, alles was wir erlebt haben war sehr schön. Auf jeden Fall empfehlen wir dieses Unterkünft zu besuchen. Julia ist eine sehr schöne, nette, freundliche und hilfsbereite Frau. Sie werden es selber erleben und feststellen.

Sehr hilfsbereite und gastfreundlich Gastgeber. Ein schönes Grundstück mit viel Obst und Gemüse. Wir dürfen sogar ernten. Tolle liebe Hunde. Die Unterkunft ist für Langzeitaufenthalte sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Gute Verkehrsanbindung nach Batumi und anderswo ist auch vorhanden. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen.

We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful property in Balchik! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and hospitality. Theodor, the owner, gave us a lovely tour of the house and made sure we had all the information we needed throughout our stay. Anna surprised us with a delicious tart waiting for us on the table in the living room — such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture! The property itself is perfectly equipped with everything you could possibly need. Both the house and the garden were incredibly well maintained, creating a peaceful and luxurious atmosphere. We enjoyed every moment spent between the jacuzzi, sauna, and pool — it was the perfect balance of fun and relaxation, a true retreat for the mind and body. I'm very happy. I spent New Year here and I felt very welcome. The apartment is clean and quiet. Also secure, because it's inside the family home (upstairs). I was also able to easily park my car. The large balcony is excellent, and this must be the best view of Batumi.

This granny-unit up on peaceful Dragos Hill in Kartal is a lovely get-away. The couple who live in the main house are very warm and welcoming. The side house is good for one or two people. It has a little balcony from which you can enjoy the sea view. The hosts were thoughtful enough to leave some fruit and bread, cheese, olives, etc. for breakfast. They were also helpful with tips about where to eat. I only wish I had had more time to relax there! The neighborhood is full of beautiful villas and with its pine trees and calm streets it feels like an extension of the Prince's Islands right across the sea.

Ολα ήταν εξαιρετικά. Το σπίτι ήταν σχετικά στο κέντρο. Με 10 λεπτά περπάτημα ήσουν όπου ήθελες. Ο οικοδεσπότης ευγενικός και ευέλικτος με την άφιξη και αναχώρηση μας. Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο και είναι ακριβώς όπως φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα.

Words cannot describe how beautiful Dimitri’s villa is. Two families with two 5 year olds, had an amazing time and Dimitri’s communication was second to none. It really is a SLICE OF HEAVEN.

Ivelin war äußerst zuvorkommend und hilfreich. Er hat uns sogar fachmännisch die Fische gewürzt und gegrillt, die wir in einem Fischladen gekauft hatten. Das war wirklich ein ganz besonderer Service und so lecker. Er hatte auch viele gute Tipps für Restaurants und Strände oder wie man mit dem Bus in die Stadt kommt (Bushaltestelle ist fast direkt vor der Tür). Ganz klare Empfehlung!

Ездили оттуда в Пицунду и Приморское. Будьте осторожны по Гудауте ездит Жигули с красным фарами спереди и сзади, смотрите внимательно, не дайте себя обмануть

I had to stay for a short time but I liked it so much that I will definitely come back and even live here. The owner was very friendly and helpful, he gave me good suggestions about the area where I could visit, the house has an incredibly beautiful view, its texture is historical and the neighborhood is ideal for tourists.

Однако стоит учитывать, что Балат - это довольно старый район, и некоторые дома могут нуждаться в ремонте. Также, из-за популярности среди туристов, в некоторых местах может быть шумно.В целом, Балат - это прекрасное место для тех, кто хочет жить в сердце исторического Стамбула и ощутить его уникальный дух. Я бы поработал ещё немного над оформлением квартиры, улучшил напольное покрытие, душ, горячую воду, телевизор. И это был бы наилучший вариант для жилья в Стамбуле
