Lovely home, modern and beautiful with lots of room and good distance to enjoy the lakes

Had a lovely short stay at The BoatHouse. Views were absolutely stunning and the accommodation was spacious and comfortable. The beds were super comfy. The work next door was a little noisy at times but we were pre-warned and to be honest it didn’t bother us. Just beware to close the blind in the bathroom as the crane provides a direct view in! Please note that you need to bring your own toilet/kitchen roll for the accommodation otherwise everything was extremely well stocked. Would definitely return!

Great stay, really pretty house with lots of character. Great area, pub next door is perfect. Slight difficulty getting up the drive due to steepness and gravel but a wonderful stay was had by all

Absolute lovely place. Beautiful fixtures and fittings, comfy bed, off road parking, 5 minute walk to Bowness on Windermere. Everything was as described, lovely and clean, perfect base for Windermere and surrounding area. Will definitely look if it's available if in the area again!!!
