The Annex, La Sagesse
Church House is a self contained mini house attached to our family home. You are welcomed into a spacious lounge, kitchen, diner with modern appliances, 50” Smart TV and lovely leather sofa. There is a stunning ensuite featuring walk in oversized shower tray with rain fall shower head, wall hung toilet and Vanity unit with storage. The bedroom features bespoke, locally made furniture including a super-king pencil post bed, Smart 50” tv, dressing table and large wardrobe. Off road parking.

The apartment is a recent creation in a building occupied by a weaving business at the turn of the last century run by a lady designer named Annie Garnet. The apartment is tastefully decorated and fully equipped with a modern kitchen and shower room. The apartment is on the ground floor and has an opening 'Juliet' balcony facing towards the lake. It has its own reserved parking space and is just 200 yards from the centre of the busy village of Bowness and the waterfront of Windermere itself.
