A beautiful condominium, built in 2010, on the top floor with a huge roof terrace from which you can see the Greifswald church towers is available for rent. The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

Quiet, bright and friendly apartment on the second floor in the center of Greifswald. Large rooftop terrace on the third floor with rooftop views. Theater, cinema, museum harbor, zoo and train station within walking distance. The market square with its gabled houses in the style of brick Gothic is around the corner, as is the Pomeranian State Museum. This is an animal-free non-smoking household. Therefore, unfortunately, animals are not welcome. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.

When furnishing, we proceeded individually and with high quality and used little off the shelf. Hello dears, Starting in December 2021, you will have the opportunity to book my beloved and lovingly furnished Baltic Sea apartment. The apartment is located on the 26th floor of the Maritim Hotel in Travemünde and is located directly on the beach. From the 6 m² balcony you have a beautiful view over the spa hotels of Travemünde and see as far as the Bay of Lübeck and the horizon of the Baltic Sea. Here you can relax and unwind wonderfully.
