A beautiful condominium, built in 2010, on the top floor with a huge roof terrace from which you can see the Greifswald church towers is available for rent. The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

When furnishing, we proceeded individually and with high quality and used little off the shelf. Hello dears, Starting in December 2021, you will have the opportunity to book my beloved and lovingly furnished Baltic Sea apartment. The apartment is located on the 26th floor of the Maritim Hotel in Travemünde and is located directly on the beach. A nice, cozy room awaits. There you will find a bed, couch, wardrobe, TV and a small sitting area. The blanket is oversized. There is no kitchen. For small meals, appropriate dishes are available as well as a kettle, fridge and a hot plate for you. You use the bathroom with shower alone. We could rarely meet in the hallway. I can also offer you a bike. If necessary, you can check in in the morning.
