It offers a tranquil base to enjoy the many attractions this beautiful and vibrant area has to offer. It has a spacious king size bedroom and a bedroom with twin beds. The first floor bathroom/wc has an electric shower over the bath. There is a comfortable living room with WiFi, TV and DVD player and views to the river and park. Unsuitable for children under 8 years.

The property is a short walk from Baildon village where there are pubs, shops, restaurants & takeaways. Leeds City Centre can be reached via train (17 minutes from Shipley train station). On the farm we have horses, cows, sheep, goats, pigs, dogs & cats, therefore some farm noises are to be expected!
