Located in a quiet beautiful neighborhood. This three bedroom one bath home is fully furnished. It also has an entry/dining room, living room and kitchen. Convenient location close to I29. It has a large private yard and front porch. Parking available on street or in the back of the house. You can find a park, Hy-Vee, Casey’s and Dollar General within walking distance. There’s a Bald Eagle that often perches in a nearby waterfront tree looking for fish. If you’re patient enough, you can see him swoop down and grab one! A train does pass by a couple of blocks away on occasion and sounds its horn, so light sleepers may need a white noise app or provided fan. Non smoking/clean air property.
