I offer modern styled double rooms next to the train station "Santa Lucia" in Venice. All rooms have a private bathroom ensuite, WIFI, TV, aircon and all other amenities to guarantee a comfortable stay. The local city tax (3€ pppn) is not included in the room price and has to be paid in cash at arrival. Checkin is from 16-19 o'clock (19 to 21 o'clock against an extra fee, no checkin after 21 o'clock, no self checkin). From April to end of September we offer a breakfast in our court (8 € pppd).

This nice little studio apartment is quite comfortable for a couple or duo of tourist who want to visit Venice in one of the best zone, the Sestiere of Cannaregio. A lot of venetian residents still lives here, and you will stay in a very intimate place. I'll provide personally to let you know all the place we live and enjoy as venetian people, with my personal point of view! I got a new Pocket Wifi system that you can bring with you all around the city and stay connected all the time!

ORO - Lovely room with bathroom

This nicely designed bedroom with ensuite bathroom is perfectly located to discover Venice; easily reachable from the railway and bus station, it's just few steps away from a breathtaking view on the Grand Canal, and close to all the main attractions. The bedroom is at the ground floor, on a quiet little street, very silent at night. Guests can also make use of the living area on the 1st floor, which features a fully equipped kitchen shared with the guests of the other bedrooms.

A spacious terrace features several black lounge chairs and a low table, offering a relaxing outdoor space. An umbrella provides shade while vibrant flowers add color to the scene. A view of the sea is visible in the background, enhancing the tranquil setting.

Studio Vita offers accommodation in the center of Portorož, just a 2-minute walk from the beach and 15 minutes from the Old Town of Piran. The guesthouse is situated in Venice, providing accommodation just 300 meters from the Rialto Bridge and 800 meters from St. Mark's Basilica. Additionally, several notable attractions are in close proximity, such as the La Fenice Theatre, the Basilica dei Frari, and the Scuola Grande di San Rocco. All units are air-conditioned and equipped with a fridge, a Smart TV, Free Wifi and a private bathroom with a shower. Sheets and towels are provided in the guesthouse rooms.

We can offer a breakfast on request including domestic products such as fig and plum marmalade, free-range eggs, cheese and other Istrian products. Guests are provided with a parking facility and a wireless network connection.

The real Italian vacation in Grado!

You can rent our air-conditioned, self-contained holiday home on the beach, a pool and ancient tree camping, where there are many activities for adults and children in the immediate vicinity of the apartment! Pool, soccer field, activities led by animators, huge trees, playgrounds, culture, directness, fine food, good vibe! Real Italy! All right on the beach!

Clean, beautiful, convenient, charming! The place was lovely. We wish we could have stayed longer. And the location in comparison to the airport was perfect for getting on an international flight early in the morning. The free shuttle is a great feature. I will say, bring your own towel as the option they had was a disposable, green friendly version that was not great. Other than that, this is a great place to stay!

This place is an amazing bargain. I unfortunately was flying the next day but the location was beautiful, I really wish I could have stayed longer and explored the amazing ground longer.

A hidden gem in Venice. Far enough away from the crowds to have some peace but close enough to be able to get where you want within 20 mins walking. Venice is a gem and this is a comfortable spot for solo travelers or couples

We had a great time in Sanyo Stefano. Silvia was very responsive. It was so easy to find the house, easy to get in, and looked exactly like the pictures. There is a beautiful view and a nice spot on the balcony to sit and watch the sunset!

Everything was perfect, only the way to the sea is already difficult.

The place was very clean and everything important was available. The view was breathtaking especially from the existing roof terrace. The access to the sea is short but can be reached by many steps. Due to the fact that it is the last house on the cliff, it was very quiet as no other vacationer comes by. We were enthusiastic and will definitely be back.

I recommend staying at Wissam's place. The children were pleasantly surprised by the animals in the garden of the property (parrots, turtles, fish, chickens, quails). He even gave us freshly hatched eggs for the children.
