Perfect location with respect to the sea and shops, full of restaurants nearby. Comfortable house also for 4 people, despite the narrow measures, still livable and with all the comforts. Very nice and large terrace. The only downside is the shower, as it doesn't have a shower tray that prevents the water from going out. I also recommend bringing a hairdryer as the one in the apartment is quite weak. The only downside of the area is the possibility of some outside noise, but just a couple of earplugs and everything is resolved. Recommended and considered for future vacations in the area!

This special space well exceeded our expectations! It was so tranquil and immaculate. It is one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed in the world. Such beautiful and kind hosts that personally met us and even left us a special gift. I highly recommend this wonderful space. I will forever dream of returning. It was so relaxing and had everything we needed to be lucky to call home for a few days! We even cooked a couple meals after shopping at the local markets. The beds and shower were perfect too! We stayed at Anna's place for 10 days. The apartment is very clean and cozy. In addition, it has everything you need. The location is very convenient: only a few minutes to the sea. Anna was very kind, responded quickly and even left us breakfast! We were impressed with the hospitality. There is good internet in the apartment, so I could work without any problems. It is also convenient to park the car. I will recommend Anna to my friends!

We highly recommend Gerard! Super nicely decorated! You were greeted with Prosecco, typical pastries and coffee. Gerard always responds promptly and gives you valuable tips for a successful stay. Fortunately, Chioggia has retained its Italian charm. Always worth a trip.

We stayed at the apartment for 2 weeks. We didn't miss anything. The apartment is exactly as described in the photos/text. The pool was a daily highlight for our kids. Annamaria and Marco are very friendly and accommodating hosts. They can always be reached. Check-in and check-out went great, and here, too, they were very accommodating to us. The sun loungers by the sea, which are included in the price, were also always great. We would go back to the apartment anytime.

This fabulous palace apartment is located in a great central location within a 15 minute walk of anywhere you want to visit in Venice. It is also steps away from the public water bus and gondola crossing the Grand Canal. The view of the Grand Canal right out the window is spectacular, and the apartment is beautifully appointed. The building also has an elevator, which is rare for Venice.The host was very responsive and was wonderful to set up a water taxi for our arrival. The apartment is very spacious and the decor makes you feel like you are a special guest of Venetian royalty. It has ample space for entertaining friends or having a nice meal under the gorgeous Murano chandelier. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone traveling to Venice that wants a touch of luxury in a perfect location.

The place was great - very clean and the location to the sea really great. Maurizio is a great host and was always available. Upon arrival, there were even a few drinks and snacks on site, great if you arrive later and can't shop anymore. The large covered balcony is also great, as we had some rain on the first day and the children could still play outside. :-) We were completely satisfied with our stay and would be happy to come back. :-)

I stayed in Giuliana's apartment with my dog. We had a great time, the apartment is ideal for two people, functional, nothing is missing. Great location, a stone's throw from the supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, and all other kinds of shops. Giuliana is an available and friendly host. An experience to be repeated!

Everything as described, the accommodation is really in a very quiet place but very close to the beach and various services. Luigi was very helpful and precise.

This apartment is a dream. Upon arrival, it scores with a private parking space on the property — right outside the door. The apartment is on the first floor and is also easily accessible by elevator. Perfect for heavy luggage. Once there, you can expect a spotlessly clean, tastefully furnished accommodation, where you feel completely comfortable from the first moment. The location is hard to beat: in less than three minutes you can reach a variety of restaurants, bars, supermarkets – and even the beach is just a short walk away. The absolute highlight is the wonderfully large balcony: with fantastic views, a quiet atmosphere and even a touch of sea view. We all fell in love with this place – the perfect place to start and end the day relaxed. Giorgia is a wonderful and attentive hostess who you can always reach. Thank you! We'll be back for sure😊. Great new apartment, very peaceful, practical, comfortable, and exactly as in the photos. Professional host had great recommendations; and made all the practical stuff easy: Good directions; Flexible check in with code and key box; QR codes to enter Venice sorted and sent; bins on site to leave rubbish easily on departure. Great Airbnb! Flavio reached out via whats app and made sure I was comfortable with check in procedures. He sent his cousin, who spoke English, to assist us. The Airbnb was very clean and exactly as described! No issues at all! Great location! Very walkable to where we wanted to go!

The apartment has historic feelings and has been kept up to modern amenities. The view from the window is just unbelievable which elevates the apartment. Location is in the quieter part Venice which enables you to sleep well. I would highly recommend Pierantonio apartment.
