The historic center of Venice is easily reachable by public transport in 20 minutes. Bus and train stops are a 1-7 minute walk from the apartment. Venice airport can be reached in 40 minutes by bus or in 13 minutes by car . The central station of Mestre can be reached in 9 minutes by car and in 16 minutes by bus. The motorway network can be reached in 5 minutes. The apartment is an excellent base for visiting all the places of historical and landscape interest of the Veneto Region. The centers of Treviso, Padua, Vicenza, Verona, are easily reachable by train. Cortina D 'Ampezzo can be reached by car in about 2 hours. The Riviera del Brenta can be reached by car in 30 minutes. The city center of Mestre can also be reached on foot in 20 minutes; about 7 minutes walk you will find shops, restaurants and all the services you may need. Before 15.30 it is possible to take possession of the apartment if there are no guests departing and if the time is agreed in advance. The guest must sign a rental agreement at the time of booking confirmation and must present an identity document at check-in. You must also pay in cash the amount provided for the tourist tax imposed by law by the Municipality of Venice; the host will be responsible for paying it to the treasury. Any access during the stay by the employees to the technical rooms inside the apartment will be notified in advance. At the time of reception, the staff will present the apartment to the guests and check with them the integrity of the equipment provided. Overnight stay entails the payment of the tourist tax due to the Municipality of Venice, which is not included in the price of the accommodation. The 2019 rate from the first of February amounts to € 4.00 per person/day for the first 5 days - from 10 to 16 years of age the amount is € 2.00 - from 0 to 10 years of age the tourist tax is not due - as established by the Tax Office of the Municipality of Venice -. Tourist tax must be paid at check-in. The accommodation must be left free at the time to be agreed and in any case by 10.00 am on the day of departure. Villa Marina by Interhome

Have been rebooked because it's not a season yet. The place was a little closer to the beach, had its own parking space. The apartment had to be ventilated properly, but it was super clean. Otherwise ample kitchen equipment, good location and very good and committed service for questions. Only that there is no Wi-Fi (which is also transparent in the description) is a pity, but it is also clear in advance:) Definitely recommended for a vacation!

Very nice place if you’re looking for a quiet place to relax. Also a short car drive away from Pula, Motovun and Rovinj. Recommended.

Roswal - Villa Roswal 26/1

Good apartment. Separate rooms. comfortable beds. Two balconies(large with plastic chairs and table, small as for me for drying clothes). Hot water in shower and kitchen. Near to sea. We have two kids (7 and 3 y.o.) and no problem walking to the beach. It's really close (less than 10 minutes). Some difficults with parking - little space, but isn't on the street. Sea and beach are perfect for kids and adults. Lidl in 20km. Near gas stations with GPL.

We are very happy that we chose this apartment. Excellent location, city center, near the central street, the sea is 3-4 minutes walk. The house is in a quiet place. The apartment itself had everything you need for your stay, household appliances worked properly. The air conditioner is perfectly cooled. A large terrace on the balloon. We lived on the 4th floor, always a free and impeccably working elevator made it easier for us to get into the apartment. The house is in a quiet place, a serene sleep at night did not bother. The host responded quickly to our questions via email. We are glad we chose this apartment. Thank you Alessandra-Interhome.

Green Village Eco Resort by Interhome

Communication via airbnb exemplary, fast, friendly and detailed. Handling and booking no issues. Green Village Resort: A dream. Luxurious villa, super pool landscape, shuttle to the beach well available, with rental bikes in 5 min also accessible. Beautiful beach section, nice staff in the beach bar. Food in the hotel a bit overpriced, but with self-catering in a new kitchen, it also lives very well. The staff has always taken care of everything. We had an internet outage and everything was put back in order within a day. Super friendly cleaning squad that takes everything very discreetly and carefully. We will definitely repeat the Green Village vacation, there was nothing to complain about!

All right, in general we found the accommodation very comfortable! Only thing, we had to rewash some dishes to use them because they were dirty ( certainly some had not been used for some time so we don't blame anyone). We also booked for 4 beds and 3 bathrooms and instead we ended up with 3 beds and two bathrooms. Two boys had to share a double bed, we adapted but let's say we would have preferred to know certain host choices in advance. Other than that, the place is beautiful, the beds comfortable and the house is really very cozy! Thank you!

Our stay in early November was great. In Karigador it is very quiet at this time, which we very much enjoyed except for the closed bars. The house is great, has plenty of space and luxury (pool, hot tub, lots of cozy seats outside). Shopping: many by car. In Novigrad is a great small market for fresh vegetables and fresh fish. The kitchen is quite well equipped. Our bed was very comfortable. I would be shown the light use outside briefly at check-in. We had our dog with us, through the walls/fence around the grounds he was able to freely run around. We highly recommend the house.

This is a perfect holiday resort for families located secluded and undisturbed in a small cozy village. In addition to the main floor, there is also a separate apartment in the basement which makes this perfect for 2 families to share. The house was tidy, clean and nicely furnished. It had all the appliances and equipment you will need. In the nice weather, we still spent almost all of our time outside in the fantastic outdoor room, which had an outdoor kitchen with a large dining area and a gas bbq plate. Both hot tub and swimming pool were clean and were professionally maintained. Marina was the world's nicest host and contributed to a wonderful stay.

The little cottage is small and very cosy! A lot of parts are kept in its original beauty but of course renovated. Because of its originality it’s very little isolated which meant that it was rather cold inside (especially the floor). Which in summer is probably a major advantage. End of September not so much (colder weather as usual). Absolutely stunning is the incredibly big garden, with a huge pool, ponds, vegetable garden, many seating areas, it’s a place for the kids to run and play, a little kids playground. A paradise for birds, a place of tranquility. The garden is made with lots of love and cared for. The only minor drawback for us was the very punctual (but also very kind) cleaning lady that nocked on our door at the exact checkout time, 10am. We can still absolutely recommend this accommodation for anyone but especially for families with small kids.
