A decorative spiral staircase leads from the living room to a small roof balcony overlooking the picturesque canal in front of the house. The apartment is provided with good WIFI CONNECTION, AIR CONDITIONING and MOSQUITO SCREENS in any room CASA ZORZI is recommended both for romantic escapes and for family holidays. I use to welcome personally my guests, spending some time on arrival to recommend my favourite places in town....... The apartment is also provided with good reference books useful to plan and enjoy a stay in Venice. The Apartment is located on the quieter side of the truly Venetian Cannaregio District. The house is beside the magnificent Madonna dell' Orto Gothic church, containing cherished treasures including Tintoretto masterpieces. It is 15 minutes away from Rialto bridge. It is very easy and comfortable to reach by public transport either you arrive from Marco Polo airport or from the Train Station, with no bridge to cross with your luggage between the nearest waterbus stop and the apartment. A City stay tax of € 4,00 per day /per person ( € 2,00 for 10/16 children, excluding children up to 10) is due up to max 5 days.

Posizione perfetta rispetto al mare e ai negozi, pieno di ristoranti nei dintorni. Casetta comoda anche per 4 persone, nonostante le misure strette comunque vivibile e con tutti i comfort. Terrazza molto bella e grande. La doccia unica pecca, in quanto non dotata di piatto doccia che evita all'acqua di uscire. Inoltre consiglio di portare un phon proprio in quanto quello in appartamento è abbastanza debole. Unica pecca della zona è la possibilità di qualche rumore esterno, ma basta un paio di tappi per le orecchie e si risolve tutto. Consigliato e preso in considerazione per future vacanze in zona!

This special space well exceeded our expectations! It was so tranquil and immaculate. It is one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed in the world. Such beautiful and kind hosts that personally met us and even left us a special gift. I highly recommend this wonderful space. I will forever dream of returning. It was so relaxing and had everything we needed to be lucky to call home for a few days! We even cooked a couple meals after shopping at the local markets. The beds and shower were perfect too! Der Kontakt mit Michele war freundlich und Michele war immer schnell erreichbar. Michele hat proaktiv kommuniziert und alles war wie auf den Bildern und in der Beschreibung. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig und trotzdem kann man zu Fuß den Strand und das Zentrum rasch erreichen. Gerne wieder.

This fabulous palace apartment is located in a great central location within a 15 minute walk of anywhere you want to visit in Venice. It is also steps away from the public water bus and gondola crossing the Grand Canal. The view of the Grand Canal right out the window is spectacular, and the apartment is beautifully appointed. The building also has an elevator, which is rare for Venice.The host was very responsive and was wonderful to set up a water taxi for our arrival. The apartment is very spacious and the decor makes you feel like you are a special guest of Venetian royalty. It has ample space for entertaining friends or having a nice meal under the gorgeous Murano chandelier. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone traveling to Venice that wants a touch of luxury in a perfect location.

Mehr Venedig geht nicht ❤️ Die Wohnung von Miriam ist ein Traum! Sie ist makellos sauber und wunderschön stylisch eingerichtet. Sie ist in Wirklichkeit noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Eigentlich fast zu schade die Wohnung für den Besuch der Stadt zu verlassen 😄 wir haben Stunden damit zugebracht vor dem großen Fenster mit Blick auf den Kanal zu sitzen und die Boote zu beobachten. Die Lage ist wunderbar - Restaurants und nette Lokale so weit das Auge reicht, auch wunderbar um den Abend bei einem Gläschen am Kanal ausklingen zu lassen. Miriams Restaurant-Empfehlungen waren ebenfalls ein Gedicht! Wir haben selten so ausgezeichnet gegessen! Unser Aufenthalt war unvergesslich und wunderschön! Vielen Dank auch für die nette Kommunikation und die hilfreichen Tipps! Wir möchten unbedingt wieder kommen 🥰☺️

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders gefallen haben uns die beiden Terrassen und die gute Lage in Bezug auf Bademöglichkeiten, Restaurants und dem kulturellen Leben. In Piran ist immer was los. Am Wochenende konnten wir tolle Livemusik erleben.
