Every detail inside the unit was perfect from the stylish furnishings moroccan inspired and the balcony view was absolutely stunning a perfect spot to relax. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy and clean place to stay!:)

Balay Sa Air truly exceeded all my expectations during my week-long stay. The location is incredibly convenient, yet it's a peaceful, beautifully themed retreat. The fast Wi-Fi, full kitchen, washing machine, and iron made my extended stay effortless. I especially appreciated that everything had clear guides on how to use it, and the projector with Netflix and balcony hammock were fantastic touches. Ma'am Dione was always there to answer queries promptly, and when I accidentally broke something, maintenance fixed it quickly – impressive service recovery! This really showed their commitment to guest satisfaction. It genuinely felt like a cozy, thoughtful home. For business travelers or anyone wanting a fully equipped, modern, and stylish base in Manila for an extended period, this is absolutely the best choice. I will definitely be going back! We had a wonderful experience staying in cathy's place. Easy to find,great location. A great host and very accomodating. I will definetly come back here again. Highly recommended.

Host was very responsive and helpful Condo was a 5-10min walk from Greenbelt and other shopping malls and restaurants Property was clean and well maintained with unblocked views of the city

Jins place was perfect for us. I like the lay out of the unit. Open plan kitchen and sitting room. The kitvhen is equiped for cookinh. The sitting room is comfortable to relax and watch movies. The bedroom has a big, king bed that is SO comfortable. There are 4 pillow and a duvet. Having Jin as host is lovely. She is always on the ball. Always quick to reply and very polite. Wifi in great. The cleaner, Fe (I think is lovely). Jin has offered us to leave our luggage in the room even if it is not ready yet. We extended our stay and moved to a different unit, she also offered to transfer our stuff to T1. We very much appreciate you Jin. Thank you so much for making our stay trully comfortable.

We loved Adam's place! His communication was proactive. He always let us know what to expect. I loved the welcome we had - he had a clearbook about everything in the place as well as what to expect, what do to and local recommendations. We truly felt at home. This is like our 3rd and 4th booking sa house nila. We super love the place. Very convenient and it has all the stuff we need sa house. The location is perfect, malapit sa main road and establishments. Peaceful environment din yung location. And super hands on si host. Very cri g and responsive. Will surely book again.

Had a great stay! Host was very responsive and helpful! The place was SPOTLESS and smelled really nice! Literally so clean from the floor to the ceiling! Sheets looked new as well. My wife loved the pillow options they had in the bedroom as well which were 2 firmer options and 2 softer options. They gave us an amazing parking which was conveniently next to the elevator to get to the room. :) Highly Recommended!

Even tho Rupert was over seas in a different time zone he was able to reply in a timely manner, the house is an authentic Filipino household and if you’re born here you’ll feel back at home if visiting from abroad . 10/10 would stay here again if needed

Kamlon was the answer to our prayer at that time of need. We had issue on our previous place of stay that we need to book another place. Kamlon responded quickly and offered to pick us and drop off to his unit. My husband has a challenge of walking due to recent hip surgery, Kamlon made it smoothly possible with our transport. He even let us checked out late as our flight is almost at midnight. WiFi is very strong, the place is just walking distance from uptown mall and close range for almost everything. Thank you very much for being such a kindhearted person! We will definitely use your place in our next visit to the Philippines-My husband said, “Salamat Po!”

I can't say enough about this hidden gem. Absolutely incredible. Everything you want is in this home - hot shower, laundry, fully air conditioned, two bedrooms, living room, dining room, big smart tv, amazing backyard, fully equipped kitchen, great quiet safe neighborhood. This place has it all. The hosts and caretaker Sir Lito are so welcoming and they are there for anything you need. This is definitely a home away from home.

Really great place. Very value for money. It's a big place, 200 sqm lot with two floors and a roof deck. You won't get bored.

It’s a lovely house and the view from the balcony is absolutely stunning. The place is well-equipped and really feels like home. Air con works perfectly, and we had a great time staying here. The host was super responsive and helped us with everything we needed. Just a few small things to note - the curtains are blackout but still let in quite a bit of sunlight from the top and bottom. The main bedroom can get a bit noisy, even with the windows shut. The living room feels a little cramped because of the large sofa and dining table. Also, delivery guys aren’t allowed upstairs, so you have to go down every time for pickups, which can get a bit annoying. That said, overall, it’s a great place to stay.

Great place to stay! Very cozy and peaceful place. Also, the condominium is not crowded so there was no elevator traffic.
