Great place to stay!

Christian's place was very clean and tidy, same like as in photos. He is very responsive and easy to communicate with him. My partner Bob, myself and my mum really enjoyed our stay especially in the pool area plus it's just a 5-minute walk to the SM Sucat where you can easily dine and eat and grab something you need. My wife and I had a truly wonderful stay at this condo. The setting was absolutely beautiful—peaceful, clean, and thoughtfully designed. One of the highlights was the stunning view from our window, which made every morning and evening feel extra special. The room itself was cozy, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet escape with a touch of elegance and a view to remember.

最高の滞在でした。古いコンドミニアムなのに、清潔で、下水などの匂いがしないコンドミニアムはレガスピエリアではは珍しいです。冷蔵庫に水の用意をしていただいた気遣いは、なかなかこの国で体験できないものでした。また、間接照明がおしゃれに設定されており、夜寝る時も全く違和感なく、順番に電気を消して、眠りに就くことができました。シャワールームもトイレとの仕切りがしっかりしており、通常はシャワー室とトイレが一体で水浸しになるところが、シャワー室の水が漏れることが無かったです。 あえて、改善点をいえば、 １．リビングルームにもごみ箱が欲しかったです ２．水以外の飲み物が有料でも置いてあると、より特別感を感じました。 ３．キッチンの電気機器が普通だったので、コンドミニアム全体の雰囲気からすると、もう少し、電気機器に拘っても良いと思います。

Jins place was perfect for us. I like the lay out of the unit. Open plan kitchen and sitting room. The kitvhen is equiped for cookinh. The sitting room is comfortable to relax and watch movies. The bedroom has a big, king bed that is SO comfortable. There are 4 pillow and a duvet. Having Jin as host is lovely. She is always on the ball. Always quick to reply and very polite. Wifi in great. The cleaner, Fe (I think is lovely). Jin has offered us to leave our luggage in the room even if it is not ready yet. We extended our stay and moved to a different unit, she also offered to transfer our stuff to T1. We very much appreciate you Jin. Thank you so much for making our stay trully comfortable.

Strategic location for a staycation. The hosts are proactive and a good communicator. Maybe an improvement on lighting of the room but all in all the stay was great. Thanks!

This is like our 3rd and 4th booking sa house nila. We super love the place. Very convenient and it has all the stuff we need sa house. The location is perfect, malapit sa main road and establishments. Peaceful environment din yung location. And super hands on si host. Very cri g and responsive. Will surely book again.

Had a great stay! Host was very responsive and helpful! The place was SPOTLESS and smelled really nice! Literally so clean from the floor to the ceiling! Sheets looked new as well. My wife loved the pillow options they had in the bedroom as well which were 2 firmer options and 2 softer options. They gave us an amazing parking which was conveniently next to the elevator to get to the room. :) Highly Recommended!

Even tho Rupert was over seas in a different time zone he was able to reply in a timely manner, the house is an authentic Filipino household and if you’re born here you’ll feel back at home if visiting from abroad . 10/10 would stay here again if needed

Kamlon was the answer to our prayer at that time of need. We had issue on our previous place of stay that we need to book another place. Kamlon responded quickly and offered to pick us and drop off to his unit. My husband has a challenge of walking due to recent hip surgery, Kamlon made it smoothly possible with our transport. He even let us checked out late as our flight is almost at midnight. WiFi is very strong, the place is just walking distance from uptown mall and close range for almost everything. Thank you very much for being such a kindhearted person! We will definitely use your place in our next visit to the Philippines-My husband said, “Salamat Po!”

I can't say enough about this hidden gem. Absolutely incredible. Everything you want is in this home - hot shower, laundry, fully air conditioned, two bedrooms, living room, dining room, big smart tv, amazing backyard, fully equipped kitchen, great quiet safe neighborhood. This place has it all. The hosts and caretaker Sir Lito are so welcoming and they are there for anything you need. This is definitely a home away from home.

Really great place. Very value for money. It's a big place, 200 sqm lot with two floors and a roof deck. You won't get bored.

I have to admit that this is among my favorite Airbnb’s ever! It was spotless, comfortable, and perfectly decorated; it was a very calm and inviting space. It exceeded the pictures in quality. The balcony's view was among its nicest features. My stay was extra special and soothing because I got to wake up to that gorgeous view every morning. Only a ten-minute walk from the Venice Grand Canal Mall, the location is also fantastic. Eating, shopping, or even taking a leisurely walk around the area was incredibly easy. But the host was what truly made our visit remarkable. They are the friendliest and most accommodating hosts I have ever encountered. incredibly considerate, kind, and responsive. Their genuine concern for their guests is evident in the amount of work they put into making their stay ideal. Without a doubt, I would return and suggest it to anyone searching for a serene, lovely, and conveniently located location with an incredibly amazing host.

Everything is high quality and truly luxurious, with a cozy and beautiful interior. Many restaurants and convenience below the condo The only downside is the parking, which is a bit pricey—I spent 700 PHP per night. However, it does come with 24/7 security Overall, a solid 9.5/10 Thank you.

The unit was very clean and perfect for our short vacation in BGC. The host recommended restaurants that we tried and enjoyed. The unit was fully equipped with essentials and a decent wifi connection. I like that Netflix was also available. The building also felt safe with good security. I totally recommend this listing. Apple was very accommodating and responsive. Check in/out was smooth and easy.

The condo was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Every little detail was thoughtfully provided from kitchen essentials to fresh linens and even some lovely decorative touches that made the space feel cozy and welcoming. The location is excellent safe, peaceful, and conveniently close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. It’s also just a short drive to Bonifacio Global City, making it super easy to explore and get around. The building itself is modern and secure, with courteous staff and great amenities like a pool and fitness center that added to the overall experience. What truly stood out was how peaceful and quiet the environment was perfect for a restful break or even for remote work. Waking up to the view and enjoying a morning coffee
