Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Bex

Very comfortable, well appointed chalet for two. A little removed from town (a drive rather than a walk) but the most stunning views across the valley (and Mt Blanc at the end of the driveway). Hubert was a welcoming and kind host and spoke very good English. We hope to return.

Claudia’s home is one of the nicest homes I’ve stayed at. New, clean, huge, and that view!!!! We never wanted to leave and opted for rooftop dinners almost every evening. Truly a beautiful home that our whole extended family could be comfortable in thanks to the separate floors. Claudia was so helpful in explaining how the train works and we loved stepping out the front door to ride into town each day, but escaping to quiet in the evenings. Thank you and we hope to return!

Nous y étions pour un deuxième week-end entre amis. Un bel endroit paisible en pleine nature, parfait pour se couper du quotidien et passer un temps simple et bonnard ensemble 🥰

Our family greatly enjoyed our stay at Nicolas’ house in Salvan. The home was cozy and unique, with a fireplace and beautiful views. We enjoyed nice walks nearby and easy access to the Mont Blanc Express. We also had everything we needed for our baby - a pack n play and high chair. We appreciated Nicolas’ friendliness and thoughtfulness. Hope to be back in the future!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt bei Fabrice! Der Ort ist absolut traumhaft gelegen, sehr ruhig und idyllisch. Alles war äusserst sauber und gepflegt, und die Einrichtung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet – stilvoll, gemütlich und einladend. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Logement décoré avec beaucoup de goût, chaleureux et très bien équipé (beaucoup d'ustensiles à disposition). Propreté irréprochable, lit très confortable. Anthony et Lorane se sont montrés disponibles et accueillants et nous ont recommandés des restaurants. Merci beaucoup pour ce séjour très agréable ! Nous recommandons sans hésiter :)

Es war ein ganz besonderer Urlaub. Das Chalet war einzigartig aufgrund der Lage mit grandiosen Ausblicken und einer tollen, modernen Ausstattung. Man hat sich sofort wie Zuhause gefühlt. Alles war genau so wie auf den Bildern. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Man sollte geübt sein, in den Bergen und im Schnee Auto zu fahren um die Unterkunft zu erreichen. Danke für Alles.

Eine unglaubliche Erfahrung in diesem tollen Chalet. Es ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und sieht sogar besser aus als auf den Fotos. Perfekt für ein Wochenende in ruhiger Umgebung. Waren mit dem Auto dort, dass hat sich gelohnt (in 15‘ in Lausanne). Jederzeit wieder!

Superbe appartement, bien agencé, agréablement décoré, équipements haut de gamme (mobilier intérieur, extérieur, barbecue, électroménager, télé, wifi, vaisselle, linge de maison, garage, local à ski, etc.). Hôte disponible et discret à la fois. Centre village accessible à pied, vue magnifique. La location de vacances parfaite.

Die Unterkunft ist eine wunderschöne kleine Wohnung mit direktem Blick auf den Genfer See. Hier hat man die Ruhe, die man sich wünscht, ist aber auch nur einen Katzensprung von vielen Ausflugsorten (Lausanne, Montreux, Vevey) entfernt. Dass der ÖPNV kostenlos genutzt werden kann, ist großartig. Der Ort eignet sich auch perfekt, um eine Wanderung durch die Weinberge von Lavaux zu unternehmen. Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden und können die Unterkunft jedem nur empfehlen. Die Küche ist klein, aber viele Küchengeräte können bei Bedarf aufgestellt werden (kleiner Backofen, mobile Herdplatte, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher). Für zwei Personen absolut ausreichend und sehr gemütlich. Das einzige Manko: Die Handtücher und Bettwäsche hatten leider einen recht muffigen Geruch. Wahrscheinlich wurden diese nach der Wäsche nicht richtig getrocknet, sondern halb nass verstaut. Unsere Nachbarn waren leider nachts etwas laut und haben uns durch die Lautstärke geweckt. Sonst alles bestens.

Great simple apartment, with its tremendous view. We loved the old Swiss decorative furniture, vintage crockery with the modern prints and modern dining furniture. Comfortable beds. We arrived in Villars by train using interrail tickets from England, it’s an easy walk to the apartment from the station and during our stay to the shops. The wellness centre located close to the patinoire is superb! Skiing, snowshoeing and walking all excellent.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die atemberaubende Aussicht sehr genossen. Die grandiose Landschaft lädt zum Wandern und träumen ein. Sehr zu empfehlen!

I had a wonderful stay! The house was extremely clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect, making it easy to get around. The host was incredibly hospitable and helpful, responding quickly to all my questions and ensuring that my stay was as smooth as possible. I truly felt at home. This is definitely a place I would love to stay again, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

L'appartamento è molto piacevole e superar ordinato e fornito di tutto il necessario, nelle vicinanze partono nche alcuni percorsi di hiking gradevoli e facili da fare. Un posto a sfavore lo devo attribuire al materasso che è davvero troppo morbido e sottile per dormire comodi, ed inoltre, non ho apprezzato l'informazione errata che mi è stata data per via del parcheggio d'auto, non capivo il funzionamento del garage e nel chiedere aiuto non mi hanno saputo rispondere in maniera appropriata.

Nice apartment (clean and modern inside) with a lake view. I can imagine the fireplace must be nice if going in the winter / after skiing. And the terrace would be very nice in the summer as it’s large and has a nice view. As I happened to be there during off season (early May) and it was raining, I was especially happy to be able to use the sauna just 1 floor below the apt. If you use it, make sure to bring 3-4 one-franc coins (can get some at the store a few houses down on the Main Street), and give it about 40 min on switch option B. Was great for some down time in the mountains!

Wir konnten sehr schöne Tage erleben. Auch ohne Auto sehr gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar. Viele gute Verbindungen in jede Richtung. Toller Ausgangspunkt und doch ausserhalb der Stadt. Tolle Wohnung, sehr nette Gastgeber. Beatrix

Es war sehr schön und sauber, es hat uns sehr gefallen, die Wohnung ist sehr praktisch und gemütlich und Anne-Lise ist eine grossartige Gastgeberin, die immer hilfsbereit Auskunft gibt.

J’ai occupé ce logement pendant plusieurs mois dans le cadre d’un stage, et franchement, je ne pouvais pas rêver mieux. Tout était parfait du début à la fin. Le logement en lui-même est top : la salle de bain est spacieuse, la cuisine super agréable à utiliser, bien équipée et fonctionnelle, et la pièce de vie très bien agencée, lumineuse et cosy. On s’y sent tout de suite chez soi. Côté environnement, c’est tout simplement idyllique : situé à deux pas des étangs de Prafirmin, le cadre est paisible et ressourçant, avec une vue magnifique sur la chaîne de montagnes. Un vrai bol d’air au quotidien ! Mais ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable, ce sont les propriétaires. D’une gentillesse incroyable, toujours disponibles et attentionnés, ils mettent tout en œuvre pour que vous soyez à l’aise et que vous ne manquiez de rien. Je recommande ce logement les yeux fermés. Que ce soit pour un stage, un séjour prolongé ou même des vacances, vous y passerez, comme moi, un excellent moment.

El entorno del apartamento de Doris es simplemente MARAVILLOSO, un lugar especial que hará que sientas una pena inmensa cuando tengas que marcharte. El apartamento es pequeño, pero dispone de todo lo necesario, y Doris te hace sentirte como en casa, dispuesta en todo momento a ayudarte para hacer de tu estancia una experiencia genial. Hote super agréable, un coup de fil fort agréable pour tout nous expliqué avàt notre arrivée, toujours reactif. Le logement franchement parfait pour 2, refait a neuf, tres petit mais hyper fonctionnel avec tout ce qu'il faut. Nous reviendront avec grand plaisir, les paysages sont a couper le souffle, bcp de randonnées,activités et resto aux alentours merci infiniment mathieu

Eliane and Bernard were perfect hosts. The place is beautiful with view to the mountains and facing the woods where we could see deers in the morning. The studio is well equipped and very comfortable, everything you need to relax and enjoy the mountains around. Very nice hikes are accessible walking from the Studio. Special thanks for the recommendations and advises given by the hosts. If we come back, for sure we will stay there again!
